We bought a 3 seater and a 2 seater lounge back in 2022. The cushions have always been bad. We have reached out a few times but they say it's normal. Theres more feathers on the floor and back of couch then in the cushions. Won't buy from these guys again.

James Lane reviewed my warranty request and the photo I originally sent. They called it “feather leeching,” station ""minor unevenness, small amounts of movement, and the occasional feather escaping." The photo shows a large spill of feathers, nowhere near minor. I asked for a partial refund, and they said they’d update me today, but I haven’t heard anything yet.

This is the second Como couch I have bought from Maroochydore James Lane store and David provides great knowledge and customer service, very relaxing experience. I first bought the 3.5 seat sofa a couple of years ago and yesterday I added the single armless chair. These are the most comfortable sofa’s I have had or tested.
I definitely recommend any of the Como range, I also have a change of colour linen cover that I bought from this store. I washed the original and it came up beautifully.

If I could make it zero I would. The arrogance of the manager at their Helensvale store was only surpassed by his complete lack of any sort of customer service. There are plenty of other organisations around this area willing to look after you, do yourself a favour and avoid this business like the plague that it is.
I had an outstanding experience with James Lane in Adelaide mila end. The staff was incredible and delivered an awesome experience! They were all very helpful Gavin was awesome as well as his supervisor I think her name is Ally. I couldn t be happier and definitely recommend and will shop again!

The delivery team went above and beyond to ensure that our furniture was delivered and unpacked safely. They also ensured that all packing material was cleaned up and disposed of in the right way at the end of the job. We are very grateful for their hard work and professionalism.

Misleading $50 welcome offer poor customer service
I am extremely disappointed with my experience and feel the communication from this company is deceptive. I registered on the website after receiving multiple messages promising a $50 discount on my first purchase.
When I tried to check out with $494 worth of items plus a $40 assembly charge (bringing my total out-of-pocket spend to $534), the code refused to work. When I contacted customer service (Maria Malero), I was simply dismissed with a link to the terms and conditions stating the product total must hit exactly $499, completely ignoring the fact that my actual bill was well over that amount.
Hiding strict exclusions in the fine print while aggressively advertising a "welcome discount" feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. The customer service lacked any flexibility or helpfulness to resolve a simple $5 difference for a new customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The weekday team at James Lane Helensvale are exceptional, knowledgeable and very professional.
I do feel the weekend team need a bit of training regarding the options we could have taken to purchase and have our lounge delivered earlier. We asked if there was a lay-by option on two seperate occasions and We were told no need for a deposit as it is a 3 day turn around from purchase to delivery.
A week later a weekday staff member asked if we’d like to make a 40% deposit to secure the lounge as it is very popular and we now have to wait for over 5weeks to receive it.
