James has provided great content for a great price! Any questions I am able to message him on FB/Insta and someone will always get back to me! It’s been great, would deffo recommend.

Just completed the training material that James and his team have meticulously prepared, and I must say, the information and learning I have taken from it, really is invaluable.

After sampling a few different training courses and picking up information along the way, I consider James' really easy to follow and exceptionally informative.

I see similarities in how I intend to run my property business being very similar to James' and, I think that is why I have really taken to his training material.

For anyone out there, who is looking to utilize the BRRR method in conjunction with creating HMO's, then look no further.

I have always had an interest in property, and am taking the active steps to start my own Property Developer journey. Having followed James on Insta for a while, I signed up to his course and having worked through several of the modules already, I am so impressed. His content is clear, concise, and easy to digest. Just completed James’ online growth plan academy and I want to say thanks for what he has created with the online training and the way it was presented through a mixtures of videos and PowerPoints. Videos was a massive bonus to me! So easy to watch, listen and learn from James and all very relatable! Can’t recommend his online training enough and hopefully he starts doing mentorship soon!

Very informative, for beginners and then beyond. Lots of little hints and tips. And all the material is provided.

On the market are already lots of people who might show off they have the knowledge or a large portofolio and experiences but unfortunately they do not as their aim it’s just to sell courses but this is my first course after doing a deep research 🔬 on social media and their Backround. James is beyond amazing he even answer questions before he goes to sleep after he had a long day already. I highly recommended you won’t be disappointed.
