Wish I could give it no stars. I placed and order and haven't received a thing,I emailed customer service multiple times with no response!!! FAKE FAKE FAKE!!! Stay away from this website. SHUT THEM DOWN !!!
I ordered a peacoat a few months ago and have not received any notifications or status update since then, despite having emailed customer support multiple times. If I don’t receive a response, I plan on filing a formal complaint with the BBB!!!
They advertise on the website with 'Customer satisfaction guarantee'. Well, the jacket I ordered did not fit me well, even though I did measure myself and ordered the right size according to the website. I asked to return the jacket, but got NO for an answer. How is that customer satisfaction guaranteed? I would advise not to order here.
Scam company. Support won't get back to you for 20-25 days, if they respond at all. Products are poor quality and not as displayed on their site. Stay away

Stay away! Wrong sizing on their website. No returns or refunds even if you try within 30 days as mentioned on their website. Please report them to Better Business Bureau if it has happened to you as well so that they can go out of business.
Stay away! These are in no way proper clothing. They are not coats or jackets, to begin with. It's 95% synthetic fabric, there is nothing to keep you warm. It's the thinnest clothing you will ever buy (hopefully not if you read this review) and they look NOTHING like the pictures. It's like a siwmming short cut like jacket; ridiculous. On my end, it has become a chargeback issue with Amex. I feel ridiculous and funny to have fallen for this trap at the age of 33 and I hope you don't fall for it too.
