When they say one of the most stressful things in life is moving house, its not the moving in itself but solicitors! I am not sure how i would've got through the sale of my home and subsequent purchase without Mustafa, he is fantastic! Calm, responsive, always available on email and phone, without him, I wouldn't have kept my sanity and most likely wouldn't have got my purchase exchanged when it did! 100% recommend

Very bad service, became unresponsive to all my emails, staff left?

Be very very careful. This was the most terrible experience I've ever had with a law firm.Please be careful and do not make the same mistake I did in trusting this firm with important legal work and an important legal case. The staff turnover is so bad that my case was passed from person to person until it went all the way up to the head of the firm - Alexander Pappin. An extremely rude and condescending man and the firm has still not fixed my issue and lost the cases I gave them! My new law firm was x10 better.

Edit: Reply to JAL. Well obviously this is not my real name, as that is not required on JAL. I was certainly a client on JAL and this was my real experience, so theres no defamation - shows how poor JAL's legal advice is they dont even know how defamation works

DO NOT HIRE THEM they messed up my legal case, got it all wrong, and it cost me tens of thousands of pounds! The lawyers are consending, inaccurate, and have no concept of customer service or trying to win for their clients!

Extending a lease can be complicated and painful but Jamieson Alexander did a great job for us, explaining the steps and options.

Their fees were very reasonable and they managed to achieve a sensible figure for the cost to extend.

This is the second time we've turned to Tracy Flaherty and her team for conveyancing, and the second time we've been left feeling like we've received a first-class service for a very reasonable fee. Highly personable, very responsive to calls and emails and always pushing to get things done on time. Very highly recommended!

We have had the most terrible experience with Jamieson Alexander over the past couple of months. They are either unresponsive or delayed in responding on extremely urgent legal matters where we are under time constraint to act. Their invoicing process is in complete disarray with invoices being sent late or prematurely (before work has even commenced). The quality of work has been shocking because of the firm constantly changing the individuals dealing with our matters and some of these individuals only being available on a part time basis. Despite our many recommendations on suitable ways of working, the firm has repeatedly made the same errors and have threatened to discontinue working.

In response to the below reply from Jamieson Alexander, the only fees claimed to be overdue are the subject of complaints that Jamieson Alexander has not responded to in nearly 8 weeks, and tens of thousands of fees have already been paid to date on amtters that include those where Jamieson Alexander has made clear errors in the legal document that have led to increased fees to fix and address. It is alarming that Jamieson Alexanders team charge for work done that is incorrect, and then charge again to fix this work.

I am very pleased with the service received from Jamieson Alexander Legal. Big shout out to Lola who made the entire process effortless and was very organised, efficient and clear at all times. I would definitely recommend them, definitely one of the best solicitors I've used.

Lola Jim-kamal was exceptional from start to finish with the remortgage. Lola kept all parties updated throughout, chased information as and when required and met every deadline she committed to.
