I am writing this email to you to express our disappointment in JTL as our sole ISP.
How can such a reputable ISP deal with reconnection for a whole week?
Syphan, you respond to emails but you do not escalate to the Maintenance team about the issue.
Did you think that we were still on holiday, meetings and other important tasks had to be postponed.
Philip, you being our PR Manager, do you think you add any value to our company?
What significance do you have. Already blocked our calls and can’t offer swift, efficient responses.
Only Paul could come to our rescue 3days later.
Is this how to conduct business during this age really…
An LOS red signal for the whole week? The 33350 paid every month is for a RELIABLE INTERNET CONNECTION
