Overall my experience has been excellent. My only concern is on some occasions replacement and new team members completing cleaning tasks do not always rise to the very high level of standard that has been set, and thus have come to expect. I realize that not everyone who works for Jan Pro will be giving their 100%. For those that do the result is excellent, but when others fail to work at this level it shows.

The set up process and the cleanings have all been excellent. Great processes in place to make sure everything is taken care of.
