Ordered 2 driveshafts and only received 1
When I emailed them I was told the other item is out of stock and I have to wait 2-4 weeks.
Then they offered me a refund for the item missing.That’s not good for me as I don’t need the other item that they sent.
When I asked for a full refund and they come and collect the other driveshaft I was told I have to pay to send it back although is their fault.
Do not bother ordering from them.

Very bad customer service

Fast next day delivery great service. Ordered both sides driveshafts for my Audi A6. Fit perfectly and drive smooth.

Shocking service from a company, brought a drive shaft which has failed, I have been told to remove drive shaft and return for inspection, in the mean time my car will be off the road, need the car daily for work. Lasted 8 months, car has only done 6000 miles

Avoid this seller.
They selling parts with 2 years guarantee but somehow the parts can't do even a year.and the guarantee they provide is non valid at all .all of the parts I've been bought from them get damaged usually on the 3th month on my case driving shafts and the can't cover even 10000 miles.

Ordered a drive shaft from them, they said it was being shipped, then that evening said the part was out of stock, would I like a refund. Still waiting for refund, as said no contact for customer service and they totally ignore your emails. Taking this further, they are absolutely shocking as a company. Avoid at all cost 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Part arrived next day. Was the correct part. Installed it and there was a fault with the outer joint (grinding popping noise). Obviously I was disappointed and got in contact with them. A few messages back and forth confirming the correct part and a new driveshaft was sent out to replace. Next day new part arrived. Installed and working great. Ok initially the part was faulty but the customer service in resolving this was very quick and helpful.

You get exactly what you pay for, cheap for a reason.
I know people are complaining about their products but they buying cause they very cheap.
II bough several driveshafts from them and , yes they all failed in a way or another.
When you buy from them don't expect much

I ordered 2 parts from them and only received 1. i gave them the order number and invoice number and now they won't respond to emails. They screwed up and now wont help, the part was less than a tenner so it looks like they need the money more than i need the parts. just a bunch of robbing scammers. Now, if i can't speak with someone on the phone, i'm not dealing with them..

I can confirm they are still scamming.

I asked them to cancel the order straight away as I no longer needed the driveshaft to which they told me it had already been processed so I would need to send it back.

I asked them for the tracking number and they have ignored my email.

It clearly hasn’t been sent and they could have refunded it there and then.

I will have to ring my bank to get the refund.

Basically you get what you pay for and with this company you do not pay much, so do not ecpect much in return. Do not waste your money go and buy quality parts at a reasonable price, its safer that way. Do not believe Ebay reviews either particularly where these charactors are concerned.

Really does not deserve a star at all.

1. I ordered two drive shafts, one came.
2. No response, so I started a return and ordered two more.
3. Two driveshafts arrived that were wrong and one that was right.
4. After three days of asking to confirm which article number was the correct one, they made me send the ones that actually fitted back. I only found out they did not fit, when the garage called to tell me. The attempted fitting cost me £130 in labour and fluids.
5. After poor feedback was added on eBay, I was called promising a swap over for the correct items and collection of the non fitting items for changed feedback on eBay.
6. Feedback changed, no refund as promised.

Because they contacted me outside of the eBay messaging service, they have now been reported for feedback extorsion.

Simply DO NOT USE this company, if by a stroke of luck you get the right items, you will have zero assistance WHEN you get a problem with the product.

Do not buy driveshafts from jandrcvjoints. Purchased two sets for two different vehicles. Both sets were not balanced correctly and failed. This is dangerous and can cost lives. Go elsewhere.

3 purchases.
2 front drivshafts. Both driveshafts outer & inner CV boots cracked inside two years = MOT failure. Purchased a boot service kit x 2 & an installation cone based on Vehicle registration & spec. Cone does not clear CV joint. That means the boot will snag on the outer joint / drag debris into the boot & contaminate the joint.

Their response to issue raised = "You can use pneumatic tool to fit the boot kit"
Very helpful..if I had a pneumatic expansion tool, I wouldn't have purchased an installation cone!

Make of it what you will. Spending more money to repair sh1te quality parts that have done 8k dry summer use miles, previously supplied by this company, isn't the greatest way to spend wasted days.

Horrible company to deal with! Bought a pair of drive shafts from j and r through ebay guaranteed parts fitment. Paid to have them fitted and the car was violently shaking. I messaged them and had no response for a week! Then was told by JR that I have ordered the wrong shafts! I said I put my plate in and showed them it was shown as correct. They said I needed other ones and they were over a thousand pounds! Had to pay to have them removed. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs

Shocking quality. Bought both front driveshafts for a Skoda Octavia 2008 Mk2 PD Tdi 1.9 Estate. They looked flimsy when I took them out, and there was a small amount of play on the joints. After 18 months, both the inner gaiters/boots fell apart. After just under two years, both the outer boots failed too. Had to spend time and money fixing them. In the end, was about £200 out of pocket. Avoid like the plague and buy Febi aftermarket or similar.

extremely poor company, wont take responsibility for them listing & sending out the incorrect parts to me.

wasted half a days labour & 2l gearbox oil due to this.

avoid them at all cost wish I'd read there Google reviews recently.

please buy safe and correct parts from your local parts company instead or a good online company i.e parts in motion, it maybe dearer but will be correct and quality.

this company will be shutting down soon watch this space

Bought a driveshaft from J&R. Fitted and it vibrated over 50mph. I put a new end on original shaft and all good. J&R sent a faulty part but would only refund parts and not postage either way.

Bought 2 Full drive Shafts for ky 18 plate vivaro.

Near side works fine, the off side was terrible and was making a horrendous noise when it was installed.

Bought another for EK Brakes with no issues proving the issue lies with the Dribe shaft.

3 emails no reply.

Convenient there is no phone number to call them on! £100 wasted.

Purchased 2 wheel bearings for my vehicle; they were on the vehicle for 3 weeks when the wheel bearing snapped in half and my wheel completely flew off my vehicle into oncoming traffic leaving me sliding down a bridge on 3 wheels! Notified this company straight away as there is clearly a manufacturing issue they couldn’t have cared less if they tried! Don’t know what was watching over me that day and everyone else on that road but I and multiple other people are very lucky to be alive! These wheel bearings are still for sale on their eBay! They do not care! Ask yourself if a company can’t even address this issue and investigate it then do they really care about what they sell! Nope they definitely don’t!
