Appalling.
Purchased a skirt in September. It took over 2 months to arrive. When it did It was from China. It did not resemble the picture or description of the product I purchased. It was made from very cheap material and was huge. I requested refund. Many ridiculous emails later i finally got return address. Was offered to keep item and receive partial refund? Chose to return out of principle. 9 weeks later i am still waiting for refund and company claim they have not received my return.
Total scam. DO NOT USE. Although they trade under many names, I did not order from Jennifer Jane initially i responded to facebook ad. I wish I hadn't

Avoid! Ordered 2 items, received one after 5 weeks, nothing like the picture, not even a little bit! Expensive returns to China, and didn't receive refund anyway. They replied to one email, nothing since. They really are a scam, if I could give 0 stars, I would!

Been waiting 2 months for a pair or leggings, emails keep fobbing me off saying they are in great demand, I have now demanded money back, we shall see if I get it.

Email given for returns bounces back. Dress made of nylon really cheap, very disappointed.

Janejennifer are lying about the quality of their products. I ordered a cotton dress (as per product description on the site) but instead they sent a nylon one, at the same price and worse, they did not want to issue a return lablel.
Never order from this site!

Bad quality clothing which isn't reflected in the price.

No mention of CHINA for returns n the product ad.

Terrible clothing. Nothing like picture. Their return policy is just they won't or you pay a lot for it.

I ordered 5 items, and then received an email to tell me 4 were out of stock. Eventually one product arrived, and it was incredibly poor quality, not as pictured or described. It went in the bin, and the company agreed to cancelled my outstanding order, and to refund me.
It took several emails, but I now have received a refund. The company did reply to all of my emails, in a friendly and courteous fashion.

Avoid. Item nothing like the photograph. Poor quality. Printed polyester type fabric. Just awful. And to return the item-post to China at your own cost.

Ordered three products.
Didn’t receive two and the one I received was nothing like image on website. Avoid at all costs!

The item I received from janejennifer based in China was extremely bad quality. The collar had been cut with a pair of scissors and left fraying. When I contacted them about this with several photos, they said "Nothing wrong". It also looked nothing like the picture on their website!

Also, the cost of returning an item to China will cost you £10 which is not refunded!
