Never received my order/the company ignores my emails
I ordered a pet bed and a mat from this company. They sent me an automated email stating that my product had shipped, but the UPS tracking tells a different story. It's never actually shipped and I haven't received my order 13 days later. I've emailed the company 9 times, once a day each day for the past week, and all of my emails have gone ignored. I've tried contacting them through their customer service email, the email listed on their Facebook page, and also by posting a review on their website, to no avail. I paid $140 for products I have not nor will ever receive.
