Vores chefdesigner og kreative kraft er Jan Herskind. Han har designet cykler siden 1991. Bl.a. Jan Herskind Beach Cruiser og Trollo-cyklen, solgt i samarbejde med Donna Karan i New York og London. Foruden cykler har Jan bl.a. designet "Verdensuret", udstillet på MOMA i New York. Målet med Herskind Bikes er at designe, producere og sælge cykler efter de samme kompromisløse principper som klassisk dansk møbelkunst – med en klar holdning til æstetik, funktion og materialer. Og ikke mindst at producere og sælge på en måde, der giver flest mulig adgang til en cykeloplevelse, der vil blive ved med at glæde både ejere og omgivelser æstetisk og funktionelt rigtig mange år ud i fremtiden. Målet er at gøre cyklen til et reelt alternativ til bilen som daglig transportmiddel – uanset afstand. Også for dig der lægger vægt på æstetik, at ankomme afslappet, bærerdygtigt og med stil.
