This company is totally untrustworthy and there customer service are useless. They raise prices after you purchase, then cancel your order and offer you the chance to re order at a higher price.
This happened to me and after weeks of back and fourth, I FINALLY managed to get then to give me the original price. So they sent me an invoice to pay for the items at the original price. I paid within 48 hours and waited a week... nothing. Not an email following up, confirming, providing tracking etc. So after 5 WEEKS I finally send them an email asking about my package to which they reply basically saying, you paid the invoice late so we're going to refund you. After 5 weeks and zero communication.
The worst possible customer service you could imagine. Avoid this company at all costs

Shopping experience and site were very good, received lots of updates on progress, and parcel was delivered way faster than I was expecting (about 2weeks with the no-rush post).
