They took my order, which was a limited edition item, I paid for the item & international shipping, and then externally for taxes & duties for the UK.
Japan- Select recalled my item & cancelled the order, and I have my duties & taxes fees still owed to me.
They are not being helpful resolving the matter and I believe they cancelled the order as it was limited edition and so they could hike up the price and sell it on.

Great choice of original watches and tracked shipping. After some sceptic reviews I did order from them a limited edition watch.
Fair price… knowing you’ll have to pay import tax , secured shipping with DHL once payment confirmed.
No regrets and will order again in the future.

Great experience buying from Japan Select.
I bought a limited edition Casio Edifice and it was delivered to the UK within a week. Very pleased with the service. The price and p&p charges were good value.
You may have to pay custom charges, and this is mentioned on their website.
I received regular updates about my order and delivery.

Untrustworthy, zero customer service.
They do not answer emails and they provide zero customer service.
Having to start a chargeback as they won't respond.
I've since seen reviews stating that Japan Select is an outright scam.
Wish I had read them sooner.
