I ordered a card last night, and the getback time is awful. I got a confirmation email saying I’d receive the card a bit later, but never got it. I’ve confirmed my number with them and still have nothing.

They just keep asking for verification. They make you wait hours just for asking for more proof you’re using iTunes cards for Love Live School Idol Festival. Please let me just have my card that I paid for.

Don’t know how it has so many positive review when all the negatives have the same issue. Paid and never got my code. Asked a bunch of questions, wanted my ID, the whole nine yards. They claim it’s for fraud protection, but when I already answer 2 previous emails of confirmation, it’s definitely prying for more info. I wish I had looked them up before trusting them.

Use another website for your Japanese prepaid cards. Here it's just endless headache. They never just sell you the card. They either just straight out cancel your purchase for you because their system judged it to be a fraudulent purchase or they keep your code hostage as they bombard you with all sorts of questions on email. The whole process is just extremely annoying not because you have to answer questions, but because how long it takes to get through. I've lost sales on PSN because this website was just TOO SLOW wanting to know my entire life story before just accepting my money and the sale ended before they gave me my code.

They claim that this is only effective for your first purchase but it is an actual lie. I've bought with them before and they still bug me.

I was charged for a code I never received. I paid, and it sent me an email saying it was being processed. Instead of instantly getting my code, here I am 5 hours later, out of 50 dollars and no code.

Definetely Scam Site.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. It's a waste of time and you will not get your code. After paying through paypal, they just keep asking you to offer them your information for verification. I gave them my phone number first for text message verification. And a few hours later, they send me an email asking for my ID for their verification. Definitely a scam site.

ordered JPN codes two times with the same issue. I put in the verification code they sent me via SMS. and they email me saying that "Your account is not approved" with no further instructions as on how to get my codes. They reply to me with the same automated message every time i contact them. Do not buy from them, you will just waste your time

Horrible service and probably a scam !
When they emailed me about verification I entered in my phone number so I could receive the verification code a few dozen times with no such verification code in my messages as the email verified and now I’ve been robbed of over 50$

It’s always quick to use and there’s not much of a delay in getting my code after ordering (smaller iTunes amounts come quicker than the larger options). But I’ve used them for quite a while now, and I’ve never had an issue so I’ll continue to use them!

I’ve seen so many of reviews talked about how they efficient and easy to purchase however I purchased my order last night so I’ve been waiting about a almost 20 hours after purchased and also sent an email how long usually take to get the gift card. I haven’t get any response from them so far. Hope they are not scam and took my biking info and money because it’s seem little sketchy and unofficial after I’ve seen those reviews.

I had to try about 20 times for the past day in order for them to accept my debit card. But It finally works after all the attempts and I am content.
