Long story short: I tried to contact them to tell them that I wasn't using their service from a long time ago (1 year) and since It was that long I forgot to cancel the annual subscription. So I wanted to get my money back, and after 4 days of waiting for an answer, I decided to finally end my subscription and make some noise here, to see if they keep ignoring me.
My son purchased the monthly plan for learning Japanese language. The money was taken out of his account and he still cannot use the services. I tried to contact the business by using the phone number listed and the recording is all in French language. I tried contacting the business through email and I haven't received a response from the business in over a week. My son works hard for his money and I demand a refund. The customer service is not there!! I am very disappointed as a mother and for her son.
It's great to have a chance to learn Japanese through this tool. It's so much effective and lovely to go on. I will recommend it for sure....
