Connexx hearing aid charger.

The product, a hearing aid charger, was in stock, and despatched and delivered promptly. Communication was good throughout. The only downside was the price which seems to be extortionate, but that seems to be the case from all suppliers. At scale these chargers would cost no more than 25% of the sale price to make and have certificated, so someone is profiteering from human disability.

After three weeks, I still haven't received my order.

After 20 days, I still haven't received my order. I shop mostly online, both domestically and internationally. When I buy from a store in an EU country, I expect to receive my order within 10 days. It's never happened beyond two weeks. Well, there's always a first time, unfortunately. At this point, I don't even know if I'll ever receive it. It is essential material, not optional. Very disappointed with my experience…

Very disappointed with my experience ordering from Japebo. I placed an order on November 10th and paid extra for DHL Express to ensure fast delivery. The website did not indicate that the items were out of stock, and only after repeatedly contacting support did I learn they were backordered.

Over several weeks, I’ve received inconsistent or no updates at all. Messages through different support threads often go unanswered, and despite being told the order would ship “next week,” it never happened.

The lack of transparency, poor communication, and continuous delays make it very difficult to trust this company. I’ve requested a refund or a guaranteed delivery date, but I’m still waiting for a clear response. Very disappointing experience.
