After ordering online, waiting impatiently and in vain for my plants to arrive on a Tuesday, I checked here and was somewhat dismayed by the pretty bad reviews. However! My plants arrived the very next day and I have to say I’m super pleased with the plants I got. They were much better than I anticipated and I’m sure they will grow into a beautiful hedge. Highly recommend. Ignore the haters. Only giving 4 stars because they arrived late, it has nothing to do with the quality of the plants.
The items arrived in split order. Nothing written on boxes to say handle with care or this way up. The boxes arrived and the plants looked like they were in a washing machine. Very damaged/ Dead.
Also missing 2 plants- so incomplete order. Ordered 20 plants- 18 arrived…. Only 3 are useable - NO REFUND!!!
The company blame the carriers( who they chose!) and the carriers blame the company for not marking boxes fragile.
None of which is my fault.
My husband is a professional gardener and we would never use or recommend this company again.
