Bought three dresses from this firm (2 the same but in different sizes) and have to say the quality was excellent and I'm very fussy when it comes to fabric in dresses. I asked to return one of them as was too big for me and the response from Sophia was fast and quick. I was offered various options e.g. an exchange, 40% refund and keep the item or send back and get a full refund so pretty fair options. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jardin Vue to any one looking for a dress or shopping on line. Thank you Sophia and Jardin Vue :-)

10 out of 10. I bought a flowery green dress and it was exactly as in the pictures in the website. The fabric was outstanding the size was perfect the overall quality of the dress was fantastic. When the dress was still in transit to be delivered I had a few questions that the team resolved within no time so the communication is great and their products are awesome. I have another wedding now at then end of July and I will be definitely buying from them. Totally recommend. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great! Amazing dress! The dress is exactly like in the pictures, good quality, wonderful design! After placing the order I didn’t get the email confirmation and I wrote an email to customer support and they quickly replied with the status. I want to mention that even if delivery time is 10-15 days, the dress arrived in 8 days. During the process the customer support keep me informed with the status.

Great customer service
Customer service was great to work!! I had a dress that was too big. Instead of returning it they let me pick out another dress for the original price that I paid. Shipping was fast! Great company to work with!
