Returning items is impossible

I ordered two dresses, the quality was definitely ok. I actually want to keep one dress, but would like to return one.
Returning items seems IMPOSSIBLE. I emailed them and got a super incorrect reply the first time, even though my email was very clear.
Then they offered me 40% back and I did not have to return the dress. I did not want this, because it did not fit, I just wanted to return it.
I finally got them to agree that I could return the item and the never replied again. I am actually really happy with the dress that I want to keep, but I will not order again because of this last experience. I just want my money back, that was all.

Forget your money in case of return

Ordered two dresses, one was incredible and according to the product page, the other was a disappointment, not according to the product page at all, not the right fabric, pattern or color. Contacted them to return the second dress and trade it for another, while sharing pictures that displayed the inconsistencies. Kept telling me that the dresses that I wanted for trade was out of order despite it was available on the website.
At last I got tired of the lies and ordered the dress to show that they were giving excuses. They told me that once I would get the order they would proceed with the refund process, and now, almost 2 months after the order, they do not answer my emails.
If you are sure that the dress you are ordering is good, indeed they have nice designs, but in case it does not meet expectations as it does not match the product page, apparently you can kiss goodbye to your money.
Honestly, for the prices they have you can find similar stores in which the return policy and post sale service is much better. Really sad for this, as I believe the store to have potential, and just because of $30 of the bad dress they have ruined the overall experience.

I love the dresses

I love the dresses. The quality is very decent and they look just like the pictures. I was a little scared because there were a few reviews that made me think it might be a scam involved but it’s not the case. The only minus they have is the tracking system that didn’t let me follow the shipment and I got a little concerned. But I finally received the package and everything is okay. Cannot wait to wear the dresses ❤️

SCAM

SCAM. This has been a HORRIBLE experience. This company sent $370 worth of clothes in the wrong size cheaply made that were clear counterfeit knock offs from authentic designs. One dress was never even sent even though I paid for expedited. I asked for a label to return the items they did actually send and they sent an email basically threatening that it would be “very expensive” for me to return and that it may get “lost” in customs. This company is a complete SCAM. Beware. Beware. Beware. I’m now having to go through the dispute process with PayPal because they refused to allow me to return the crap they sent me.This company is unethical in every way.

STAY AWAY!!! THEY DON'T RESPOND

STAY AWAY!!!! YOU CAN'T RETURN!! I needed to email them about tracking numbers not loading, and they responded immediately with information, on two different occasions. Meaning, they received my emails and are able to reply. HOWEVER, none of my items fit and need to all be returned. I was able to get one response about this because I replied to my prior email thread about the tracking issue. When they realized I was trying to get a return, they've been FULLY SILENT. I've sent 10 emails and 5 messages through social media, no response. It's like they're ignoring me until the return window expires and I'm stuck keeping product that doesn't work for me. JardinVue, if you want to make this right, you have my emails and my order number is No. #JV203614. Please make this right and I'll take down my reviews.

Amazing dresses

Worst shopping experience ever

Worst shopping experience ever! Their return policy is totally a lie/scam. I sent my dress back with provided label and have yet to hear from the company, so no refund. Takes weeks to respond to emails. Shady company and I will write as many bad reviews about them as possible.

Awful service - ignoring my messages

I received a dress which was completely the wrong size. I sent it back requesting a refund and I am now being ignored every time I message via instagram or email. I am extremely disappointed that you have taken my money and not refunded for the garment which i sent back in pristine condition.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. I bought six dresses and paid expediated. Three arrived today, still waiting on the others, and the sizing is completely OFF. Only one fits and the others are too small and must be mislabeled as I followed the sizing instructions. Now I’m very worried about the other dresses when they arrive. What’s the point if a sizing chart if it doesn’t work. Very frustrating.

Dresses got was not was shown on the website.

I got two dresses this time but none of the two dress met up to the picture expection. Looked like a totally different term sent to me. I wear a size small but it seems like I was sent a size M and the fabric was not as shown on the picture.
Shipping took a while but I got it at the end. Has to purchase something else for the accession.

Poor service and extremely poor product quality.

The dress I ordered was for 70 bucks. Quality of the fabric, extremely cheap. Size didn’t meet the measurements.
I initiated the return, received the return label on email, which didn’t work. Since then have been trying to reach out the company via insta, and gmail, but no response.
Over all : Poor service and extremely poor product quality.
