ordered january 2024 returned 19/02/2024 for refund
given address in belgium, now told that goods are being returned to me
do not want these items just my money back but it seems they are not willing to issue a refund
have issued a dispute with pay pal
Ordered shoes and a bag on speedy delivery money has been taken nothing has been delivered. No response from 3 emails. PayPal will now be contacted for a refund. Website says 24 hour customer service no one has responded. AVOID
I made a purchase Wednesday evening, paid £15 for next day delivery, I thought I'd get my shoes Friday but at 7pm Saturday I'm still waiting, customer service is a voicemail saying their busy, web chat is unanswered.. I had to rush out to the shops to get some shoes... my advice is don't bother to buy anything of these people.
