Ordered two pairs of sik gloves sized per their details on their website. Arrievd promptly in pretty box. Seemed quite big. Washed on gentle cycle with silk bedding no conditioner. Air dried and still way too big in the hand whiel the fingers are only two thirds way down fingers before webbing. Becasue they have been washed they werent interested. I wash all bedding, towels clothing etc before use obviously as per instructions and to be told tough after reaching out to them is poor service. The gloves are still too short int he finger, the size across the palm is still huge and the image does not reflect what is on their website.

I’ve used this company for nearly 2 years now. First purchased some men’s pyjamas then a second pair and finally a silk robe. All are exceptionally comfortable and I have worn one pair every single day for the entire time I’ve had them, washing every couple of days. I have therefore washed each pair dozens of times. The colour has faded, but there is no deterioration of the material, stitching or buttons (despite some of the other reviews on here). They remain supremely comfortable all year round. As for customer service, I had only one occasion to contact them. I bought a pair of driving gloves but when I wore them there was a manufacturing flaw which made them very painful to wear on one finger web. I emailed Jasmine Silk and they responded within a few hours, refunding me the entire purchase price (and postage), and they didn’t even want me to send them back. Great service and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I received a beautiful nightgown but wanted to exchange it. I called every number I could find and not even a message! Nothing!?? Very Strange

Delivery was fine, received the products but they are certainly not silk...avoid this company if you actually want silk products!

I bought a medium size ivory silk thermal vest. It fits perfectly, looks good and feels really nice. Their customer service was excellent and personal. I recommend this company.

Don’t order from here. The product didn’t fit and i understand the 7.00 return fee I guess but I also had ti take picture and print out and return within 3 days. I don’t own a printer: and am going out of town. Too many options for silk nightgowns. Save your time and don’t order

I purchased a 4.5 tog quilt. I am impressed with it as it extremely light in volume, not too heavy. Delivery within days and customer services answered all questions. Good to have a telephone number as a contact.

Fab little silk trainer socks. I wrote a review but can’t see it so doing it again. Hopefully it’s not a duplicate.
Anyhow socks were great, don’t fall down in your trainers. Thanks for the little gift. A week later then expected but Leon kept in touch. Good communication but importantly I really love the socks.

Purchased items as a gift. Specific colours to match across what I ordered. When the items arrived the correct things were sent but the colours were wrong. I sent multiple emails explaining I needed these re-sent. No one ever responded. It was never resolved. I do not recommend this company.

Bought a silk bonnet, within 2 weeks the elastic had snapped, emailed in and have had no response back at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I am not sure the fabric is actually silk. It looks like synthetic fiber to me. Very different at touch than the other pillow covers I bought from other shops.

I bought a silk pillow and it was okish. I bought silk pajama shorts and the inside was scratchy and definitely not silk. Too uncomfortable to wear, felt like cheap nylon.

King size mulberry silk quilt ordered and received after 4 days. Excellent product and even better that it is machine washable.

I bought 2 items, one was not to my partners liking and the other too big. We were away and therefore could not return them in 14 days. I sent them later and without query they have refunded one item and I am expecting a smaller size of the other item shortly. Very fine customer service - Thank you.

I ordered an item on the 5th Jan 24 and I am still waiting for it. Have sent several email and they have clearly disappeared in to the internet ether. Appalling service, wish I had read some of these reviews before hand. I will never order again and would never advise anyone to use this company.

I paid through PayPal so will be speaking to them to try and get some response.

The company does not respond and am now having to raise a dispute with my credit card company. Item description was not accurate.

Really surprised to see any negative reviews here as my experience has been really great all three times I've ordered from them. Bought a king size duvet 3 years ago, decided recently to change the size and so ordered another (all seasons). I placed an order for the wrong thing initially but had no issues in returning it or receiving a refund. Both it and the replacement were delivered quickly and I emailed with customer services a number of times and they were always helpful and quick to respond. I love their silk duvets - super cosy. Only downside is they can't be cleaned, but that's the same with all silk and wool duvets. Still worth every penny!

I bought the 'Jasmine Silk 100% Pure Silk Filled Eye Sleeping Mask - Black'. It's really comfy and blocks out most of the light, though I still need to use a black T-shirt on top of the eyemask. (But I'm super sensitive to light). HOWEVER the back strap of the mask makes my hair break so for this reason I give it 3 stars. Really the strap needs to be covered in silk. They do sell another one with a silk strap.
