I was incredibly disappointed with the dress that I ordered: the "Balletcore Pastel Pink Cardigan+ Purple Dress Set". The elastic in the neckline had lost its elasticity and there was loose/frayed stitching everywhere. These were not repairable. The fabric was also thiner and cheaper feeling than I expected.

This was not worth the £44 I paid for it. They advertise that their products are "reliably sourced and professionally handled to ensure that they are in perfect condition". From that description, I expected much higher quality.

Delivery takes a long time and that's okay. However, they don't give you a date or timefame for when to expect your item(s). When I emailed them to double check if my item had been sent (the tracking number was giving me contradictory info), I got no response.

There is no place on their website to leave reviews, which is a red flag that I wish I had noticed earlier.

You are able to return your item and get a replacement or refund but you have to pay for the return shipping which sucks.

Overall, I will not be buying from this company again.

I ordered three items from them and shipping took some time. I received my order in two separate packages which I did not know since i only received one track id. Contacted customer support and they answered fast (after two hours)! gave me the other tracking which took 37 days to arrive (20 days the other packet). I’m satisfied w/ almost all products except a coat which had lose buttons and even one missing (couldnt receive any partial refund since i couldnt report damage in time). The material was also quite thinner than I expected. But still i’m in love w/ the others which were better quality than i expected! They also have great customer service (actually gave me substantial help when I experienced shipping issues), so I def reccomend buying from them.
