I love this sweater! It’s sexy and cozy at the same time. At first I was nervous about the shipping disclosure but it was delivered within just a couple of weeks. I would definitely consider buying more items from this company.

I received my sweater quickly, especially considering all the shipping delays going on right now!! The sweater is beautiful, exactly as pictured. It fits perfectly and is very flattering in the tummy area. I can't wait to wear it!

Made the mistake of believing these products were from the US. Ordered and credit card was immediately charged, three weeks later the item still has not been received the the USPS for delivery.
Customer Service email to ask about product was vague. Review cancellation and return policy ---- very restrictive. I will NEVER order from this site again.

Company deserves zero stars as others have stated.
I ordered clothes that look nothing like what I got. I am currently bartering for my money back and will not get what I paid for the items. I am threatened with the fact that I will need to return the items and pay for shipping.

I ordered from this website because it said it shipped from Indiana (USA) and made it sound like returns were easy. Skip this company and go anywhere else!

This company is a scam. The product ships from over seas not USA. The items I ordered look NOTHING like the photos on the website and are NOT quality products. I immediately asked to return everything and the offered me a $15 refund for my order that was over $100. Of course, I complained and they upped the offer to $25, then $40.
Buyer beware. This company is a scam.

This company is the absolute worse company I have ever dealt with. They claim they ship from US, if this was the case the order I placed on September 25th would have already arrived. Multiple emails resulted in a shipping label being generated on October 23rd. USPS tracking still shows it in pre-shipping status. Just emailed them to cancel and refund.

I wish I could give zero stars! Customer service is non-existent!! I am disappointed in the quality of the material used to make the sweatshirt I ordered. I am trying to return the sweatshirt and Jattoy keeps e mailing things to do when I just want a return label! Please people be aware, DON'T order from this company!!!! I thought this garment was made in USA, but it was mailed to me from a foreign country!

This is a high quality item. Exactly as pictured. Very soft and lovely to wear. It takes awhile to arrive, but it's worth the wait and good value for money.

First time I've ordered clothes online and not only do they fit perfectly but the quality is well done.

It was as I expeted and I was able to track the order. The sizes were as expeted. I recommend it!

Overall, my experience with Jattoy has been good so far, however I need to exchange a dress that didn't fit right. I am still waiting to hear back from them, as the return instructions read that they need to send the paperwork. I did order a couple of nice shirts that I am happy with and would like to make that dress exchange for a similarly priced shirt. So... the jury is still out on the quality of service.
