Spencer was very helpful and very accommodating and very patient. He took care of all 8 of our flight reservations, with no problem. He called back when he said he would, and just basically did a great job in handling our requests!

My flight was very successful with no problems

I booked a ticket from Orlando to Vietnam with a credit card. I was promised a confirmation within 24 hours I went to read the reviews which were more than horrible. I called them. The line was disconnected, but I contacted them through their chat line the next day the guy called me and said my tickets have been approved, but I didn’t like the results I had to wait until. A few days before my flight that’s not how airlines work you get a confirmation within 24 hours four days later I still haven’t had a confirmation Now he not only has my address my credit card number which I’ve canceled the same day. I get a scam phone call. Fron alady claimed that someone attempted to used my card to buy a plane ticket. From Houston to Mexico City I did not give any information, and never say the word yes. It’s used in a computer program to fool another computer She said somebody tried to purchase tickets. An To call 817 7?6 4317 That is not an American Airlines telephone number. Both numbers are located in Texas The only Company having my card. No, was JAT travels. It’s a travel agency later found out it was a scam. Do not use this company

Spencer is a delite to work with and found him absolutely helpful in every way. He was wonderful working with and knows how to do his job and helps in everything you need. Spencer was very polite and helpful during my experience.I recommend not only the company, Jettravels but Spencer at the highest level. When I thought something got messed up and I called in with fear of a flight not included to my return his co working took a message and told me he would have him call me back with in a hour. Well Spencer called me in 25 minutes and assured me my return did have the final flight from Charlotte to Myrtle Beach included. He also went the mile and resent it to my email so I could print it off while he held on the line so I could see it and was. Hats off for his above and beyond customer service and patience plus professionalism Spencer 👏

I have bad experience I booked the tickets in April 21 they told me you will receive eticket later then I called several times same answer then all of sudden they disconnected service of toll free and I emailed them no answer

BE AWARE: 100% SCAMMERS!! THEY TRIED TO KEEP MY MONEY AND NOT PROVIDE A TICKET. THEY HAVE NO COMPASSION FOR THE CUSTOMERS AS THEY DO NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE!! THEY SCAMMED ME INTO BUYING A TICKET AND 20 DAYS BEFORE THEY NEVER PROVIDE ME WITH THE TICKET AND GAVE ME NO GOOD REASONS - OR APOLOGIES. SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! I AM NOW FIGHTING TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

the wesbite is a scam booked ticket in feb 2025 need to take flight tomorrow and now i realized there is no confirmation email from airlines they said they will refund but not sure they will refund
