Java D'oro coffee roasters customer service
I have purchased many pounds of Java D'oro whole bean coffee. And I must say they roast some excellent coffee beans however that is about where it stops. I have reached out to them to ask questions about their products multiple times over the many years I have purchased coffee form them. I have tried emailing them or using messenger on their Facebook and Instagram pages. I have tried to call them...no one answers the phone so I leave voice messages. They have responded back to me ONE time. This has made me not want to diversify and try different products. Again the products I have tried were excellent but unfortunately their customer service and communication sucks. That is the reasoning behind the 2 stars. For potential customers with questions this lack of customer service may hinder a potential sale. I myself am considering no longer using them as a viable source of coffee.
