DISORGANISED - Laser Treatment Ruined by Booking Issues.

I want to start by addressing an extremely unprofessional and unacceptable comment from Javivo. In their response to my concerns, they brought my faith into the discussion by questioning whether it’s "haram to lie during Ramadan." This is not only irrelevant to the issue at hand but also deeply disrespectful and inappropriate. I have never experienced such behavior from a business before, and it’s disappointing to see such personal attacks.

Now, onto the main issue. Despite paying over £1,000 for laser hair removal, I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Javivo’s disorganized scheduling, which has completely disrupted my laser treatment results.

I’ve faced multiple incorrect bookings made by the clinic, causing delays of 8 weeks or more between sessions. Since laser requires consistent treatment intervals for effectiveness, these long gaps have negatively impacted my hair growth, making the process completely ineffective.

Some key issues I faced:

Incorrect appointments booked, resulting in missed sessions I never scheduled. The clinic’s packed schedule meant that when their errors occurred, I had to wait months for my next appointment.
Text reminders were unreliable, and despite raising this issue with staff, it was never resolved.

Additionally, I want to focus on the most recent package I booked in 2024. However, instead of addressing this, Javivo is referencing issues from previous treatment packages, which is irrelevant to my current situation. The clinic’s response to my concerns has been dismissive, and rather than acknowledging their repeated errors, they have shifted the blame onto me.

I was also taken aback by their inconsistent accusations about fake reviews. Initially, they claimed I created fake accounts, but now they’re suggesting those accounts belong to my family and friends. Which is it? These shifting statements are confusing and only add to my frustration.

What has been most disappointing, though, is the way Javivo has handled this situation. They have accused me of bullying, harassment, and lying. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. To make matters worse, they even brought my faith into the conversation, saying "is it not haram to lie during Ramadhan?" This was completely unacceptable and inappropriate. Their response was far more aggressive and bullying than anything I have said to them.

I requested a refund for my remaining three sessions, as I no longer have confidence in the company’s ability to provide a reliable service, but my request has been denied. I haven’t even asked for a refund for the sessions already completed, despite the issues with them.

If you’re considering laser hair removal, avoid Javivo—their lack of professionalism, reliability, and customer service will cost you both time and money.

In their last communication, Javivo gave me 24 hours to remove my reviews or face legal action. To be honest, I’m not concerned. I stand by everything I’ve said, as I have every right to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received. I have been treated unfairly and disrespected, and I’m not intimidated by threats of legal action. I am confident that I’m in the right, and no amount of pressure will change that. I will continue to share my experience and encourage others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

I have been weighing up whether to get Botox for the past few years, and I'm so glad that I went to Javivo for my first experience. Dr Lad was amazing - she was calm, reassuring and was very thorough in finding out what I wanted. The results have been amazing and has boosted my confidence. She has also was very knowledgeable about dermatology and gave me some excellent advice regarding my redness-prone skin.

Anissa, is the best laser technician I’ve had to date! She has always made me feel super comfortable, dignified and calm. Everytime I’ve had my sessions with her she’s been very professional. She always talks through the procedure and constantly checks in if the laser feels okay on my skin. She’s always made me laugh too, which is ofc a bonus! I would not be coming here if she wasn’t working!! Thank you so much for being a great laser tech!

Dr Jaymi is extremely professional and experienced in aesthetics and trains others. I went for cheek filler and was not disappointed - the result was natural but made a difference to my face. She was very thorough and explained everything to me, ensuring I was making the right choice. She even talked me out of having more filler which I appreciated. I would definitely return.

I’ve been going to this clinic for over two years and Leanne has never failed to deliver the best service. She pays attention to every single area making sure she doesn’t leave any area untreated.

I have tried a few places in Manchester now for aesthetic treatments. Nobody has made me feel more in safe hands than Javivo. The whole experience is fantastic and the results are the best I've ever had. Dr Jaymi Lad knows exactly what she's doing and she's by far the most professional aesthetician doctor I've ever come across. The office is very nice and in a convenient location and what's more, the prices are perfectly reasonable!

The laser lady, Anisa, was amazing! She is always super bubbly and friendly and I never feel awkward having my laser with her. Everyone is very professional and helpful. I have tried a different laser place in the past but wasn’t happy with my results, but since being treated at Javivo I have noticed a huge reduction in my hair growth. Highly recommend! :)
