Love it will probably buy a 18 next week to double it

I received just what I ordered with no problems.. a beautiful 24 inch gold chain.

My experience at Jawa Jewelers was exceptional. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me through the selection process with patience and expertise. The quality of their jewelry is outstanding, and their friendly service made the whole experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Jawa Jewelers for anyone looking for beautiful pieces and excellent customer service.

I have several gold necklaces like I ordered , I don’t like hollow, l only but solid gold necklaces, this one in comparison especially with that price is very very light. Does not feel like a solid gold necklace at all. Very very disappointed. I bought before and always got great service and products. But not this time.

quick standard delivery, luxurious packaging, beautiful product

They sent me the wrong product and it arrived two weeks late and I paid extra for two day shipping. After reading other reviews it seems that I’m lucky to have received anything from this vendor. I should’ve read the first before ordering. Also, they don’t answer their phone or return emails or calls. Don’t buy anything from this company. UPDATE: 3.12.24, I responded to Jawa Jewelers and provided them with a picture of the product they requested on 2.29.24. I have yet to get a response from Jawa Jewelers regarding the order.

I promptly received initial payment notification. However, it took approximately one week to finally speak with a polite Customer Service Rep., prior to receiving shipping date and amplifying data. The 20", 4MM, 14K, diamond cut, solid gold chain w/lobster clasp, I purchased, exceeded my expectations!! Man, the necklace is simply "Smashing" as it is "Strikingly Beautiful" -- great quality and very well priced as well!! I don't purchase jewelry often but when I do, I shall review Jawa Jeweler's online catalog first! Thank you, Jawa Jewelers!!-!!

I was skeptical at 1st. I placed my order and I received a message saying they need to see my i.d. and the card that I used to prove that is was me. I thought this was odd but I did it. My necklace was shipped out within 24 hours. I received it from fed ex 2 days later and I received the wrong necklace. I messaged them and Junaid responded within 24 hours. It was an honest mistake anybody couldve made. He paid for me to ship it back and he fixed my order and reshipped it back to me. I am in love with this necklace. I will definitely be doing business with Jawa Jewelers again. They went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend. 5 stars, 10/10.

Ordered necklace 8/26 and have not received it

Ordered 8/14 and still have not received my item it is now 9/2 received tracking and shows nothing has shipped emailed and no answer as of yet. I would like my item or my money back.

Horrible customer service! Seems like their main objective is to collect payment first, then deal with unsatisfied customers after collecting their money. Ordered and paid in full and haven’t received my order or heard back from anyone representing Jawa at all despite multiple attempts, it’s been 3 MONTHS!!! I Strongly Do Not recommend doing any business with this company at all

The item I had purchased didn't look like the one in the photos. I pretty disappointed because I loved the one that you had advertised. Shipping was fast though.

The peice I ordered was not to my expectations or I'm not sure if anyone's standards. It was also difficult to reach anyone for the return process. I'm currently waiting for my refund. I hope this will be one part of my experience that I can say went ok.
