I sent back a return and they received it feb 17 and here it is is march 11th and I have not got my money back. Their customer service is trash.

A silly error on my part in not reading the shipping policy about engraved orders had me worried I wouldn’t receive my order by the time I needed it, however Bree efficiently worked with me to get this fixed in under 20 minutes! Now, my surprise order will be here in time and I couldn’t be more relieved and excited! Excellent customer service skills!

I purchased a chain for my seven-year-old son in November gave it to him on Christmas Day. He loved it seemed like great quality. Wore itevery single day never taking it off. Between December 25 and end of February. It has fallen off three times. The clasp will not stay engaged. I contacted customer support. They asked me to send a video which I did. I asked for a replacement they would not send a return label back for repair. I escalated the customer service situation and was only offered a $40 gift card. Now my son has a chain that he can't wear because we are afraid that it's going to fall off and he's going to completely lose it so I either have to bring it to a jeweler and pay to have it repaired or just allow him to walk around with it until it falls off. Jaxxon clearly does not stand behind their products. Extremely disappointing experience. update as of March 12, 2026. I was contacted again by JAXXON customer support and was told that I would in fact only be receiving a $40 credit. Why would I purchase from a company again who doesn't stand behind their product? I'm now stuck with an almost $200 chain that I will have to pay out-of-pocket to be replaced as a single mom that definitely hurts the wallet. Beyond disappointing experience for a company who has enough money to do better if they wanted to.update 3/24. I was told I would receive an email with a credit for $40 on March 11. It's now March 24. I have received no credit at all. This company just keeps disappointing time and time again.

I bought a chain and bracelet set, and the bracelet start losing the color, I contact them then before the Year Warranty ends and know my bracelet is not cover by the Warranty because it was Engraved with my initial. I will not buy from them any more. Is suck because I got the 10mm Cuban chain with bracelet and know in stuck with a bracelet that lose it color.
