I ordered a shirt but ordered the wrong size. It arrived back with them on the 18th of july, yet no acknowledgement and no refund, it's a shame as I won't order off this site again.

The delivery was extremely fast! I received this within 3 days from ordering. I was shocked because ordering this from outside the UK, I thought I would receive my bag within 2 weeks. Thank you for the fast shipping of my beautiful purse.

It arrived in a box and was wrapped. This will be my everyday/events purse. I love that it's made from grape leather and it's size. It's sustainability factor is why I bought it. I don't know how other grape leathers come in texture but I trust the composition of the product.

Was very pleased and happy about my jacket purchase. Was cautious of buying online from a brand i have never heard off but my jacket is excellent quality and looks great

I received my first order today of a beautiful dress, its exactly as shown and lovely quality I'm very happy. Fast delivery with a lovely personal hand written note that smelt gorgeous. Couldn't be happier.

I ordered a jacket I have been wanting for a while. To my horror, the payment was refunded shortly after because the jacket was damaged. Deeply disappointed.

Ordered a beautiful looking kimono cover up in multi colours which was in the sale, it arrived in good time, however, the kimono which did arrive was (apart from it being multi) completely different from the one ordered, queue eyes rolling and a berating for myself for not having listened to the reviews!
The Kimono was cheap looking and nothing like the one pictured and at £41 in the sale, wasn't worth a fraction of that price. I emailed the company straight away and organised a return, I explained they had sent me the wrong item and I expected them to pay for the return, by the time I got a reply, I had already arranged for the item to be sent back via Evri as I was going on holiday the next day and couldn't take the risk of it being returned late. They did send me a free returns sticker, but obviously I was unable to use it. I emailed straight back to explain and also included proof of postage, but didn't get a response. I did receive my refund, but minus the postage which is really frustrating as they had obviously just ignored my request.
So, in a nutshell, they send you poor quality, incorrect items and expect you to pay for the item(s) to be returned - Great ethics Jayley.......one to avoid!

The jacket, is beautiful, real luxury. Lovely detail and lining too.
Colours are vibrant and it’s definitely an eye catcher

The shirt and trousers fit well but I was disappointed with the colour which was yellow and purple online but in fact turned out to be lime green which is not a colour that I like.

I would never buy from this shop again knowing they sell bags made with fox fur.

Spend less on the social ads and more on the quality of the clothes. Dress is a literal tent with elasticated sleeves and I don’t know who it’s supposed to flatter - I’m a size 6 and I looked like Jabba the Hut. Zero stars.

I have not received my order yet. but i am anxiously awaiting. I can definitely say this was by far my #1 most favorite stuff we bought @ the Dallas Market. Also, the 2 gentlemen, Matt & Wayne, were so wonderful to work with. They were very helpful and seemed very knowledgeable of the products.

Phenomenal Jacket and Phenomenal Service too as I love my jacket so much!
