Denied boarding
Our boarding was denied on the issues of Child seat and Share code at Amritsar airport in February 2025.They offered us to extend the same ticket to day after tomorrow we had got no option left to accept the offer as I had to come back to work.They charged us Rs 160000 at the reservation Counter at Amritsar Airport.i met with Owner of Jays travel Mr. Sukhwinder Singh when I came back.He assured me to get back the money and he did it.i received full Compensation in my account.Very humble and professional people.i recommend them for their professional conduct.

They really understand customer needs, offering tailored options that fit your budget and schedule. I've used them before for flights, and their pricing is competitive compared to others. Despite a small hiccup with some paperwork, everything was quickly sorted, and the end result was fantastic. Highly recommend and will be using them again!

THEY GROUP BOOK YOUR TICKET UNDER ONE NAME FOR INSTANCE KAUR. THEN 30 KAURS GO TO RESERVE A SEAT, WHICH THEY CAN NOT DO ONLINE AS IT IS A GROUP BOOKING.
THEN THEY WILL CHARGE YOU ON TOP TO CLEAR THERE MISTAKE UP AND RESERVE SEAT WHICH YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR.
BOOK AT YOUR OWN PERIL! AND HEAD ACHE!
