Everything was smooth from start to finish. The initial plan was made effortlessly with many helpful suggestions for hotels, excursions and restaurants. Lots of wonderful information gave me to the tools to make informed decisions for our vacation. Everyone we dealt with once in Europe was fabulous from the agents to drivers to tour guides. Highly recommend splurging for the service of someone taking care of the details for a trip with lots of nuances.

The attention to every single detail was spot on. Loved the website created specifically for our trip that had an unbelievable amount of information that we could refer to whenever necessary. Our travel expert really listened to what we were looking for in a trip and definitely delivered.

After trying to plan a multi 4 City vacation across the northern Italy area on our own we found ourselves lost with the amount of planning and options available online. Oh my goodness, I can not express how very happy I found JayWay Travel. I am not sure how it happened but it was the best experience I have had. All we had to do is make our International Flights and Elena Rudenko was so helpful prior to our trip. She nailed every hotel and excursion that she had suggested.
Once we were in country I can't say enough good things about Mido Ali Siam. He kept us on track and was so kind to send our ferry tickets to our hotel as well as electronic copies to us. We got to meet him in Athens and it was a complete joy!!

Jaywsy is the best travel company because they give you so much information and choices. Every city we went to they gave us a list of extra things we could do. They gave us choices of what activities we would do and the exact time and place we would be picked up and what we would see or do. We chose horeback riding, sea kayaking, hiking with a gu I de and a tour of each island. We went to 4 Greek islands by ferry or plane

We used Jayway to plan both our trip to Croatia and then to Spain and Portugal. Both trips were customized to our desires. They attended to every detail making the trip a wonderful experience. Accomodations were excellent, recommended tours were special, and the logistics of the trip were perfectly excuted. In a word, they were the BEST.

I first used JayWay Travel in 2009 via Skype appointment for a Croatia booking and had a positive experience. JayWay Travel has a most unique method of connecting guests to a Country Host/Expert with a cellphone (early years)and NOW with a Travel eSIM, simply installed on a cellphone. No other company I'm aware of uses this method. BELIEVE me when I say you might think, "no, I won't use this" and then you do.
I just returned from 15 day France: Paris,Marseille, Nice and Lyon with a friend that saw the value of using JayWay Travel. We are both World Travelers and found a balance between tours and exploring on our own. We decided on a CUSTOMIZED trip using our own dates and destinations. Working with our JayWay Travel Advisor who quickly customized our package. It took less thann1 week to review an accept proposal. Then, all set until 30 days prior to hear from the France Expert.

We loved everything about our accommodations, tours and driver/guides. No worries about no shows when waiting for driver/guides to pickup at hotels or train stations. I highly recommend JayWay Travel. Their team is excellent, fun, and knowledgeable. Our trip to Croatia and Slovenia was flawless - they provided great itineraries, and guides were fantastic. Not one problem. Our trip was amazing because of them.

we have been using jayway for 3 trips now and we will continue to use them as our travel agency. their services are very comprehensive, reliable, accommodating and prompt. every trip we have taken with them have gone smoothly and stress free. we highly recommend jayway for a stress free and very pleasant experience for your vacations.

I thought the local contact and the representative were excellent in providing a great trip. I do have issue with the people they contract with, one especially. The driver who drove us to the airport in Warsaw gave us an antisemitic rant saying Israel was like the Nazis and it is committing genocide. I finally had to tell him to be quiet. I would not recommend JayWay until they clean up the antisemitism in their corporation.

All accomodations excursions transfers were perfect!

JayWay Travel provided much needed assistance in planning our trip to Poland and they made sure everything went smoothly while we were there. Their recommendations for accommodations, restaurants, tours, and excursions were spot on. They were flexible when we needed to alter some of our plans last minute due to a medical issue. We were able to have a private tour of Poland all the while knowing we were being shepherded by JayWay's knowlegable in country liaison. I will always use JayWay when we visit Europe.
