This is our 4th JayWay trip and we enjoyed the consistency of how you do things along with the staff who guided us along the way. It’s a great way to travel! Using Jayway helped with the ease of planning and anxiety of traveling to a different country. The access to a local representative was very reassuring and comforting. We started our trip off in Paris and then flew to Venice then traveled to Rome, Positano and Capri. We were able to just relax and enjoy or trip. JayWay travel is very organized and well planned. The guides are fabulous . JayWay works so well for us because it is semi independent but all the transfers and excursions are planned, It makes everything seamless!

JayWay planned a truly incredible trip for us. They knew all of the things we needed to see in the dream destinations, planned optimal places for us to stay, and took care of everything for us so we didn’t need to lift a finger.

We planned a 23 day trip to Croatia and Slovenia with JayWay. They worked with us to create a fabulous vacation. JayWay provided us with great ideas for tours, lodging, restaurants and transfers. They were very knowledgeable, resourceful, creative, flexible and customer focused. Our group of four seasoned travelers all highly recommend JayWay.

My family and I have travelled to Europe and Asia several times. Jayway was my first use of a travel agency and I will never use anyone else. The Boutique Hotels were in amazing locations, they suggested locations we would not have visited and ended up loving and we had a contact on the ground for any issues. We had one issue with a hotel and the team had us in another location the same day.
Having someone handle all the transfers/transportation for our 7 location trip was priceless.

Traveling with JayWay travel was like having a good friend with all along the trip. I was able to call Ivana if had any issues and she handled them immediately. The increase in travel cost was well worth it!!

My husband and son traveled to Romania with JayWay Travel. I can't recommend JayWay highly enough. JayWay provided a personalized itinerary based on the guys' interests and activity levels. They had private transfers between (and professional guided tours in) Bucharest, Sibiu, Sighisoara, Brasov, and the Bucovina region (home of the famed painted monasteries, a UNESCO World Heritage attraction). They enjoyed walking tours, cultural experiences (like lunches with Romanian families), church and castle tours of attractions like acclaimed Bran and Peles), and even a challenging hike through the Romanian countryside. They picked up handpainted icons, pottery, and eggs, indulged their love for dark beer, and made memories that will last a lifetime. From the company owner to their personal Romania contact, to each and every driver and guide, my guys had nothing but kudos. Thank you, JayWay team!

Jayway made it so easy for us to get the most out of our trip. All the logistics were seamlessly taken care of so we just sit back and enjoy. We would say that our wonderful local guide, Martina, would just wave her magic wand and make everything great for us. Out trip to Italy was arranged by JayWay and every aspect was terrific. Boutique hotels were beautiful and centrally located, with easy access to restaurants. Guides were always on time, and very knowledgeable.
Will definitely use JayWay again.

This was our second time using JayWay to plan our trip, this time a month in France. It was a great trip. JayWay met us from the beginning of the trip and Elana our tour coordinator met us at the end of our trip to do a evaluation debrief. Elana checked up on us throughout the trip. It was areal comfort knowing if we had a question,she had answers. We are taking a river trip next year, JayWay will plan our early arrival and the last few days when we depart the river. They are great to work with.

Jayway delivered on all services and needs as promised. Their staff was informative and the guides we used were all excellent. we designed our own itinerary and Jayway carried it out expertly. Thank you Jayway.
