I've just bought a hanging weight scale and it's absolute rubbish - cheap and nasty construction!

I bought and paid for a high quality multi purpose compost via B&Q last month. It was sent from Jazooli - a “trusted seller”. When it arrived it was a different make in smaller bags with 25% free in each bag. When I questioned it they told me I had received the volume I had ordered. They then told me that they had sent the make I ordered but in a different company bags and then said they had run out of their own brand. When I said that I hadn’t ordered their own brand (cheap stuff), they told me the expensive compost was their own brand. It would appear I have bags of 100% peat now!

Paid for some compost and bark, paid more for a quality brand only to find they sent cheaper versions. I bought via amazon and they said they are unable to contact Jazooli and would have to pay to return the items as they will not replace them. £25 I have to pay to return the items. Not worthy of 1 star..I told Amazon to stop using such a shoddy company.

Total rip off you only need to look at the reviews to see. Pity I didn't look first. Please read the reviews before you hand over any money.

i ordered the pack of toilet tissues from amazon site and the image displayed clearly said Jazooli toilet rolls.
I received the pack which some dodgy substandard POC tissues which was very low quality, bad packaging which was falling apart and damaged and torn.
Upon complaining to them they have the audacity to tell me to spend my time and money to post it back because i had accepted the package.
Another of my local resident has had this exact same issue with them.
proper scamming small business etup where these guy buy discarded and damaged products for pennies and repackage it to sell at current rates. scammers!

I purchased a car windscreen cover via Amazon, supplied from Jazooli. Several days later i received an email to say the item had been delivered and was left at my front door. There was even a photograph of my item against a front door. The front door was blue but my front door is red. Trying to contact Jazooli and Amazon is a nightmare, the only response i got was from Amazon who removed my review from the Jazooli purchased page with the comment that the fault was not with Jazooli. Jazooli contacted me directly to resolve this issue and they sent a replacement. Great service from Jazooli.

This company are a joke, they sell on B&Q ebay Amazon amongst other places, when your order does not arrive they try to blag you and say it is Royal mails fault and that they are running behind due to high demand, this is not true my post is running fine.
They are just cowboys.

Terrible service. Paid for 48 hour delivery, hoping to get the item today, after 96 hours, but no sign it is coming. Apparently, Saturdays don't count, but it doesn't state that explicitly. Was hoping to use the items for a dinner party, but that didn't happen. Jazooli responded, but, as expected, a poor response

Amazing customer service, received my items so fast and I’m so happy with them. Will be shopping here on a regular basis!

Item arrived differently sized to description- too small for my two dogs.
Unhelpful and very poor customer service, care.

Mr Sam Wilson obviously more interested in his plan to retire young than running a good business.

Disgusting service. I paid for priority postage so my delivery would arrive on time. Now three days later it still has not arrived. No way to track the delivery. Beware, please for your own good and peace of mind do not have any dealings with this company.
Finally arrived a week later than promised and a week after the puppy arrived. Now for sale maybe get half my money back.

Sold me very nice pet products off Amazon.
