I cannot recommend J Bear Properties highly enough. After almost a year of trying to sell our property, we approached J Bear after a recommendation from a friend. We are delighted with the service we received. The director, James, kept us informed every step of the way, communicating out of hours and made the whole process very easy and more importantly stress free (which helps massively during this difficult period). They purchased our property on our chosen date, and the fact that our legal fees were covered as well was a very nice touch. I would be happy to recommend and use again.

Was wary of using a service like this as opposed to traditional estate agents but at times of uncertainty they took care of everything. With 2 small children it was important dates of the move worked well and they purchased our property on our chosen date while giving us the best cash offer.
