Absolutely do not buy from JBeverly

Absolutely do not buy from J. Beverly. I ordered a watch on 12/19/2019. My credit card got charged right away of course. The order said it would be shipped within 3 business days. A few weeks later there was still no watch delivered. I tried to get a hold of them, I wrote them through their website, sent them multiple emails, tried Facebook message, and Instagram message. It is 08/20/2020 and I have yet to receive a reply.

I thought there was a glimmer of hope on 01/27/2020. I got an email that my order was "ready for shipment". a few weeks went by and it never shipped (again). Tried to contact them once again and there was no response. Now I am out $110 because it is too late to claim it as fraud on my credit card, and they never delivered the watch. It still shows as ready for shipment when I check my status on their website. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. They have no accountability, no customer service.

This company is garbage

This company is garbage. They don't reply to emails and will steal your money. If you are one of the people who actually gets a watch then count your blessings.
Here's a tip for anyone who didn't get their watch/jewellery in the mail, call your credit card company and ask them to do a chargeback. If the purchase is within 3 months they'll do it and you'll get your $$ back. Don't be like me and wait too long while your waiting for a response from this owner because you will not get one.

Don’t pay for express delivery you…

Don’t pay for express delivery you still will not get what you have paid for.
Poor customer service have waited over 30 days for delivery after paying for express, the link received for tracking the item did not work for the first two weeks. Beware this company maybe a scam

Radio silence after withdrawing money and never shipping

Bought a nice watch some years ago that arrived quickly and was perfect. Then I wanted to order another one, but this time I just got the confirmation, the money was withdrawn and then - nothing. No order update/shipping update or reply to any form of communication for now over 2 whole months. Totally unacceptable just ignoring customers and withdrawing money before shipping.

Orders not shipped

The company policy is 1-3 days processing order before being shipped. However, the order has not been shipped out after 10 days. And I emailed the company and yet no response was given. I wonder if this is a scam company and after numerous customer complaints that 8've just found out, why is this company website still exist to cheat consumers.

Made my order on 5th of January 2018…

Made my order on 5th of January 2018 and it has been almost 3 months and the products have not come in yet. I have sent them more than 5 emails, send them messages in facebook and instagram. They never respond to anything. Really a bad experience and money down the drain

Running scams like Anna D

Company does not respond to emails when you return items and also delete comments on their Instagram.
Pretty sure their watches are made cheap using Ali express parts and then mark up the price like crazy. You are better off buying a fossil watch or something similar price so at least you know you are buying a better quality product. Buyer beware.

Late sending and no communications possible

UPDATE: after way too long I finally received my package. It took way longer then they said, but its here! Products are fine packaging as well! Still no answers to any of my questions. There was a small make-up gift in the package though.

Do not order anything here! They after a month don't react on any emails, or contact forms. The delivery should have come within 2 weeks, but the postal office, after a month, didn't even receive the package. If you ask anything, they won't react by mail or contact form and if you ask about it on social media, they just delete your comment!!

Worst customer service: Items never arrived and no response

After months of follwoing this brand and loving their stuff, I finally order 3 watches and 2 nautical bracelets.

The bracelets never turned up and after months of nothing coming, I have emailed the brand 7 times on their website, facebook and instagram and have not heard a single word from them. Then when I commented on their instagram to get their attention they simply deleted my comment.

Never have I had such inept, unprofessional and disgraceful customer service.

Never have I had such a bad experience anywhere!!

My partner purchased a watch from this company that never arrived. We then sent four emails between us to find the status of the order and got no response. Following this I made contact via Instagram and I was told it would be looked into, however when I followed up on Instagram my comments were simply ignored and deleted. I recommend people to stay away from this company at all costs. As your order may not show up and any follow up will just be ignored.
