Poor Defective Customized JBL Flip 6 return policy
I bought customized JBL Flip6 for my daughter for Christmas. It did not work on Christmas morning. To replace this, I'm being told I have to go through a major ordeal to get it replaced as the same custom unit. This is Very Poor Service or a poor return policy. I should be able to return the defective speaker in the same box as the new working custom speaker comes in. This is the policy most respectful companies offer on their defective products.

Ordered jbl flip 6 speaker direct from jbl on 8/12/24 item was delivered on 16/12/24 by dpd the parcel had two different addresses on the box. The item that was delivered was not my speaker, it was someone else item that was not even from dpd. I’m still waiting for a response as to when I’m receiving my speaker. I also bought jbl headphones 770live on the 12/12/24. Jbl had sent the item to dpd but with no name or an address on the label, just a postcode. I contacted both jbl and dpd. I was told by dpd that a new label is needed for my parcel. Jbl adviser had said he had sent a new label. Checked on 23/12/24 with dpd tracking and the item is being sent back to jbl. I have spent £250 ish on these two products and I have not received them. It makes it worse as these are Xmas presents. I have had to go out and purchase new presents. I am still out of pocket. Customer service for both jbl and dpd is absolutely shocking. I have bought jbl speakers previously and really rate them. I will not be buying another item directly from jbl ever again. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

Inkompetent shipping
My order to Sweden was sent from the Netherlands with ONLY POSTAL CODE AND COUNTRY on the package!?!? They've confirmed that they had all my contact information. No compansation was given. My son won't get his present this Christmas. Shame on you JBL!
Do Not Buy
I placed an order with JBL. Because I had a shipping address that was different than my billing address, the site automatically changed my billing address and then cancelled my order.
Upon learning this I tried to reorder- the price of the item went up $50.
I called customer service 3 times for help. I spoke with Robert and Anthony and another woman. No satisfaction.
I then gave up and tried to reorder the item.
I attempted THREE times to reorder and ship to a separate address. AGAIN , the address reverted to the shipping address.
I again gave up and had it shipped to myself - after assuring it would arrive by 12/20
Still not shipped.
I will be out of the state for 4 months and will not receive this gift in time to gift it.
I called again and spoke with Anthony (again) who says he will try to change the shipping address.
I may hear back in 24 hours.
Frustrating experience !

Website and customer support not user friendly. I tried to ship using an address different than my billing address and was cancelled. Called Rafael at customer support and explained situation and gave him all my c/c and billing address info and after two days of waiting received a canned letter that explained their security protocols. I went to Amazon and reordered for same price with no issues.

I've bough it 14 months ago, after 4 months I had charging problem, it charge 100% and last only for 28 minutes, I've took it back to the shop and they have fixed it, 2 months later same problem started again, I went back to the shop and got it fixed again, 3 weeks later same problem started again, I went back to the shop and got it fixed again, 3 days later same problem started again, I gave up and got myself new Sony headset, so far I'm very happy.
Unfortunately I don't think I will buy JBL again.

if only I'd looked at this page before ordering. took forever to arrive- then the headphones don't work. Asked to troubleshoot- (clean plugs with alcohol!), no apology, no offer of a replacement, just send it back- and the chat box staff make out it's your fault. So order pay the money- send it back and if you're a fool buy another- so they have your money twice for the same product. cos they take 10-20 days processing your refund. Poor Quality Control, and worse customer service. Treat customers like trash

I own a JBL partybox 100 and have left it in the rain overnight 3 times and it still works perfectly fine, I thought they weren't water resistant.

Ordered some JBL Live headphones on Thursday, delivered on Saturday. DPD gave me a one hour time slot and they were very well packaged. And by going direct to JBL, I was given a 20% Blue Light discount so all in all an excellent transaction.
Wave Flex persistent defects.
Somewhere in 2022 I have bought the jbl product "Wave Flex". And have sent my first one to warranty after around one year of usage. The main issues were: Case not charging the earbuds and the earbuds turning the noise cancelling on their own. After getting sent to warranty the factory did not deliver the product in time so I requested a new one. Once again my new Wave Flex started getting issues (Including weak connection and noise cancelling turning off on their own) in less than a week so I tought this could maybe be a bad luck of mine or damage when delivering to the retailer (Worten). So I gave these earbuds a last chance. I exchanged for the same product again, and sadly (around 20 days after buying) the same issues in the first device started happening again (Current Situation). And counting all these problems I decided I will not buy JBL earbuds anymore until these issues get fixed internally because the same issues in different devices is not possibly pure bad luck of mine. (During the time they worked properly they had good sound quality and connection)

Disgraceful customer service
I ordered some wireless earbuds from JBL, delivery was 1-2 working days by DPD. The following day I get an email from DPD saying my parcel has been delivered, I go to our porch - no parcel, I follow the link on the delivery email and have a photo of some random porch god knows where! I phone DPD they look into it while on the phone, admit to me that the gps location of the delivery is not my location infact it’s about 18 minutes away, but can’t tell me where because of data protection, then tell me they can’t do anything and I need to take it up with JBL. I contact JBL and they have to look into it and will get back to me, I give them a couple of days and get back in touch they then decide they need to open a case and investigate what’s happened. 7 days on I get an email reply saying that they have completed their investigation and confirmed that DPD have delivered the parcel to the correct location (even though they already admitted to me that it wasn’t), and therefore the case is closed! I phone them up they point blank will not do anything about it. I get back in touch with DPD who are telling me that JBL need to deal with it not them, well JBL won’t deal with it because DPD have told them it was delivered correctly even though they admitted to me that it wasn’t! Now DPD tell me that JBL have not even been in contact with them to investigate so they have lied to me! Absolutely disgraceful customer service from both companies.
Worst Customer Experience EVER
Recommend you never buy from JBL. Customer support is non existent, they can’t keep to delivery dates (they quote 1-2BD-more like 5+) and when you try return items it’s almost impossible. Absolute shame, rather buy any other alternative.
