1 star because there isn’t an option for zero stars. Ordered an o2 sensor weeks ago that per their sales consultant was “delivered” I have contacted usps to find out they have never even scanned the package in their systems. Jcarpart is a SCAM do not buy from them.

They have all the parts you need, great quality, great customer service, and fast shipping! Highly recommend

Very unhappy about dealing with y’all my order was supposed to have been delivered by the 26 of June then waited extra days for my part and it got returned so my car just been sitting in the shop for now 2 weeks

Hey Guys, I really DO NOT 🚫 recommend buying from there, I had one good experience last year in November, this time, making an order in May 2025, I was completely and utterly disappointed with their service, I have a full video out on YouTube if you want to give it a watch, Deivis Moto on YouTube, I go through my experience with them using a product number for an entirely different product, I was more than disappointed after taking over a week to get a refund, they actually told me to damage the item to get a refund, completely unprofessional by them, everything else is on the video!

The price seemed almost too good to be true and when the package didn’t arrive, I was concerned. The problem turned out to be with my local courier and not the sender however, and Jcarpart’s customer service was quick to respond and helpful. The reordered part arrived very quickly and is exactly what I needed. I’d order from them again and would recommend.
