Great Parts working perfectly

I got a water pump and a thermostat from them for Bmw there's two water pumps for that BMW and they sent the wrong part and I was searching for a thermostat and water pump made in the USA China and it came with the Chinese book. Thank God it was the wrong part I lost my car probably would've went to Shit. My mechanic put in the right part and now they won't accept the return unless I pay for keep in mind I'm a handicap man on a budget and it's Christmas time never ever buy from these guys. It's garbage and they are not helpful in returns at all

Wouldn't recommend this company. I enquired about delivery on a product from their website, which was listed as $38. As soon as they responded, they put the price of the item up to $59. They then no longer answer any questions I have about the product. Trying to mug me off!

Garbage communication and shitty website app. Had to download shopify app to track order they never sent. Cant chant because they want you download whats up app. Phone line in new york is usless they dont answer. Been waiting for weeks. Opened a pay pal case for refund. Buy else where, these guys are clowns hiding behind apps so you cant reach them....

This company is really fantastic, I ordered a part and it was lost thru shipping, I contacted the customer service department thru email, they quickly got back to me and reaolved my issue. I will definetly use this company again.

If I could give 0 I would, joke of a company, ordered a part for my car almost a month ago now and nothing has showed up, the courier logistics still say it hasn’t even been picked up and when I go to use the tracking number provided it says it’s invalid, there very quick to make a label and trick you into thinking it’s on its way but it’s not how it is, will not be ordering from here again

Bought a solenoid pack . The temperature sensor in the solenoid pack does not work. Been dealing with their bullshit all week on a return for refund. Just get bs back and forth emails . DONT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE A CHINESE COMPANY AND SELL TRASH !

Ordered O2 sensor spacers for my modified exhaust. They didn’t solve my check-engine light issue, but the company handled my concern very professionally. Customer service responded quickly and offered a full refund without needing to return the product. Good service and easy resolution.
