Excellent service and fast delivery!

I ordered car parts from JCarPart and was really impressed with how smoothly everything went. The product arrived on time, well-packaged, and exactly as described. Poor customer support

Ordered an aftermarket grill for a 2012 Tacoma. The part came but without a set of screws for the add-on lights. When I contacted customer service they wanted all of the following before sending to me the $2.00 worth of tiny screws that they forgot to send in the first place.
1. pictures of all the products you receive
2. the shipping label of the package
3. a picture of the SKU label of the product on the package
Poor customer service. Do they really think someone is going to order a $130 part and then try to scam them out of $2.00 worth of screws?

I purchased a set of outside weather…

I purchased a set of outside weather strips for a 2010 Honda Insight and was the perfect experience. The part was way better quality than I was expecting, better than the factory original piece. It fit perfectly and was individually wrapped in plastic, shipped in a shipping tube with packing material and was also individually wrapped a box. I received the item in 3 days. The website showed it will be delivered on September 30th but I received it on September 24th. I’m extremely pleased with this purchase. The price was also very cheap, $50 including free shipping. Thank you!! 5 Star experience!!

Becareful ordering with them

I ordered from this website with the assumption it was based in the U.S. I was charged an international fee by my bank, i could not get a hold of anyone via phone at jcarparts and emails took days for them to reply. I am still waiting for my refund, when I ordered with them on the 16th.

Great company

I had issues with the carrier on purchasing an item but i was issued a refund for the inconveniences. I greatly appreciated the company for doing that. Trustworthy and reliable, Go buy something now!!! You won’t regret it.

Faulty alternator that stated…

Ordered a new alternator that’s stated fitted 1991-2004 of my model car

Paid a mechanic to fit it and didn’t give the correct voltage 11.6 not enough

When mentioned they only offered 20% refund

Shocking customer service will never use again

90 degree O2 Spacers

The quality of the products and the ordering process was good. However, the product (x2 90 degree O2 Spacers) itself did not function correctly and caused a variety of check engine lights in my vehicle. This issue forced me to remove the devices and reinstall the part without them which was a long and costly process that costed me 100’s of dollars.

Received a damaged part that didn’t fit. Instead of honoring their refund policy, they kept changing offers (10%, 30%, 40%, 60%, 70%) and never refunded me. Classic bait-and-switch don’t trust them.

Purchased a new clock spring for a VW…

Purchased a new clock spring for a VW Jetta, installed the part and lost the radio controls on the steering wheel. Put the old part back on and radio controls came back. Notified customer service and they wouldn't allow a return or refund without me providing the original item part number, which was not required to make the purchase and it is there job to know it or find it not mine. Part quality was crap also as the new part only had one of three screw mounting holes, cheap Chinese garbage!
