Really smart looking site and really nice quality items

Placed an order, several items didn’t fit, so I needed to return them. Unfortunately I contacted the company 2 days too late (as you have to return them within 14 days) They said I couldn’t return them. I should have checked but thought it would have been 30 days. I asked the company if I could exchange or have a credit note instead. They said no!! Thank you for nothing! I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!

I must stress, this review is for BEESWIFT who must factor all JCB.com wares. For the quality of the items, I would leave a 5 star review and would purchase again through another distributor. I was unable to find BEESWIFT to leave a direct review, so maybe this may filter through?
Firstly, order placed for 5 items to cover a new staff member. No communication to acknowledge the order. Really slow despatch which resulted in us buying from an alternative source. Returns turned out to be a painfully slow process, but I myself placed the items back in to the original packing and returned. More time passed. Eventually a refund showed for a smaller amount which I thought at first was a fee of some sort. I did question it, and was told I had not returned a one of two £13.19 T Shirts. Because I had packed the items myself, I knew all was complete. Because i had no proof, and after "a thorough search of the warehouse" the charge stood. Not a huge amount in the grand scheme of things, but my integrity was questioned.

I ordered 2 pairs of the long leg overalls, they came and my other half was very pleased with them. We ordered another 2 pairs with the black friday discount code. Unwrapped them all binned all the packaging etc and other half wore one pair as we didn't realise straight away due to been labelled the correct size, however after wearing them and feeling differently we measures then and they are 3" shorter than the original 2 pairs. I contacted JCB direct and have been told that I can not return them as they are have been worn and are not faulty and they would loose out as couldn't be resold! So we now have 4 pairs of JCB overalls and all labelled Large Long but only 2 pairs are any use to my partner! Apparently it's ok for the customer to loose out on money as long as the company doesn't! In my eyes they are faulty due to been labelled and sold incorrectly, however clearly not in theres!!!

Great all round service once again, would not hesitate to use again. Keep up the great work!

Defective boots sent them back no response no money back nothing. Don’t buy JCB boots simple as that and certainly don’t buy of the official website. You might as well call them thief’s as they take ya money but you get nothing for it.
Customer service is a joke there isn’t any especially from Wendy.
I’ll never buy any again.

I ordered boots for my Dad in black but they came in brown. Thankfully he preferred the brown! Fast postage. No complaints 👏🤗

Simple and easy to order. Very pleased with the socks, so comfortable in wellington boots.

Shocking. Avoid. Ordered item got initial confirmation, 4 days later had to chase them. They then came back said item was not in stock for another 2 months. Had to chase twice for refund. Be warned!

I received an order confirmation email when I placed the order Saturday 18th June but have not received any further notice or my order itself. Its now been a week.

The Shorts where great size and fit ok. Have to remember the Delivery charge when looking at like for like with other Brands.

Ordered item was out of stock and discontinued but they didn't contact me to let me know. I only found out because I contacted them over a week later to find our where my stuff was. Very poor service. Hopefully, the refund will be quicker.

A fantastic product as ever and quick service as I placed the order at night and it arrived a couple of days later.
