Rundown gym
The equipment is broken. Staff is not visible to support/help. Car park is full of trash. Women area is tiny and hardly ever all the machines working. Since past 2 years, Locker rooms ceiling has been leaking. No repair carried out instead they put a plastic bucket to collect leaking water.

Very poor gym
Such a disappointing visit to the Birmingham branch. The cleanliness was horrific. Most likely lack of cleaners. Gym is not up to standard, starting using the treadmill and one part of the attachment fell apart. Cubicles smell horrible and clearly don’t get cleaned! I understand its a public gym with constant people attending but have attended other gyms and it is not as bad as this branch! Very disappointing and had to unfortunately cancel my membership the same day!

Gym is ok.. but too much beauracracy. Gyms shouldn't be this complicated. I want to cancelled and you're saying I have to wait 14 days for you to approve??

I am disabled and I am constantly…
I am disabled and I am constantly harassed as soon as I enter the shower, I am told to hurry up and not make the area wet. I am disabled so take time and sometimes unable to fully dry myself so wait on the seats to dry myself and I am told not to sit down and dry myself. The general manager keeps giving me warnings.

Not worth it
No one would come to the front door when I wanted to sign up. I asked for a taster session and one of the staff is too busy watching a football game on his phone. People are just standing around socialising around machines it’s difficult to get access to anything. And then I requested a cancellation and have had no email back. This is really poor, I want a refund for the first month as I didn’t even go to the gym and never will. I have heard other branches are better but this Birmingham city centre one is really poor
