Really nice low lighting. Friendly staff and great equipment. Really great glute machine variety and many of the same machines. I would come back.

The staff here are very friendly…
The staff here are very friendly especially Zoe and Ize and dan, they make me feel so welcomed and help improve my confidence at the gym - when I had any problems dan always came and helped me. Zoe is an amazing PT, she helped me boost my knowledge on healthy eating and the importance of getting a correct form, I love this gym and would deffo recommend

The most clean gym ever
Sabina and the rest of the cleaners are lovely. Sabina and I speak all the time. The way they keeps this place in tip top shape. This is the only gym in Enfield that sparkles. But I will say that Sabina is a lovely young lady. Always smiling like how I always smile x

Great experience at JD Gym Enfield
I have been a member of JD Gym Enfield for a few months and I'm highly satisfied with the service they provide. Yesterday, I noticed something even more extraordinary with one of the trainers named Bradley. As I was doing my exercises, I saw him putting the weight racks in order. He was lining up the weights and dumbbells according to their size and colour code attentively and with precision, avoiding any harsh movements and taking care not to make any noise that could bother people nearby. I approached him and expressed my appreciation for his dedication to his job. It’s great to see such professional and caring staff at this gym!

Best gym in Enfield
I’ve been coming to the gym since it opened earlier this year. It’s everything you would want, whether you’re a beginner or seasoned gym goer. The staff are friendly, always ready to help and the premises are kept impeccable. Men’s locker room is clean - in terms of equipment , everything is always maintained well and when something breaks the team is quick to find a fix and or provide alternative suggestions. There’s always enough equipment even on busy evenings. Great variety of equipment, it’s new and works extremely well.
The gym has AC so for the summer months it has been a great place to cool off.
You can’t fault the JD Enfield and if you do, go back to PureGym where standards are much much worse!
