Picked up a Miata 5 speed at their warehouse. Everyone was extremely helpful and interested in me being satisfied. The warehouse guy Hector ( I think. Sorry if I got your name wrong) sent me a picture to be sure they had the correct transmission before I drove 2 hrs. to pick it up. Install it today works prefect. Well worth the drive to see the inventory they have at their warehouse.

I was informed 7-10 days for delivery and it was at 3-4 days so I am very happy with the service.

The transmission i received had rusted internal parts that did not function.

Delivery was faster than it said it came strapped good and wrapped good and looks exactly like the picture.. installed and works like new

Engine was looking very rough compared to pics online so watch out guys

I am amazed is all I have to say. I ordered it and two days later motor!!!!! I am so happy is came quickly m!!! Now even though it came quick the engine was in pristine condition almost. Well I installed it and completed her today she runs good than you for the amazing experience. I will use and recommend jdm nyc.

Company shipped very quickly. Engine arrived without any damage. However, there seems to be a lot of external corrosion. Hope it isn’t corroded inside!

Horrible customer service! I paid for residential delivery with lift gate service and they refused to give me lift gate service and sent the engine in the back of a pickup truck where I had to move the engine myself. They also ignored my email asking for a partial refund of my delivery fee even after telling them I had video proof and talking with the manager about this situation.

Bad motor, had rod bearing knocking. Motor came dirty and damaged.

motor runs good but alot of part on engine dammaged, oil pan and oil pump screen had to be changed, & oil cooler lines broken and had to be replaced plenum broken , cam sensors broken and needed replacing, oil was very thick and gummy (( note better care should be takin during shipping to proteck engine and parts better

The worst experience of my life I paid them or yall 2x times a engine one last right outside 90days 2nd one I got 150 dollars put charge extra for engine coming to house to find out it was a bad engine shop and I looked at engine on pallet was not acceptable had to pay restocking fee and two way shipping I only got back 460$ from 1700 $ do t waste your money horrible experience and worst company period… rip off

Very quick shipping engine looked exactly like the picture. I have not had time to install it, but it turns over with a ratchet very nicely. INtercooler was a little banged up but no biggie there. Came with pretty much every thing else so I have some good extras now.

Sold me a bad engine and having to file a PayPal claim to get them to honor warranty because they are trying to say an engine with a knock is healthy. Also the engine has been diagnosed by a subaru/ase master technician at the subaru dealership. It was also installed at the subaru dealership

They show an image of the product but wasn't even close. Item show ac compressor and complete transmission. Transmission was missing the front solenoid and engine missing ac compressor. Call and told me that missing items are not included in the purchase.

I've been dealing with this company for a few years now. Had an 02 Honda Accord that needed a motor so I got one about 3 years ago and it's still running GREAT. Gave the car to my daughter but had some transmission issues. Bought another transmission and am having my husband put it in. Great prices and easy shipping. I even got a DISCOUNT code.

The engine I ordered was shipped quickly and arrived at the correct destination. However, my mechanic did have to fix an oil leak that came with the engine.
