The boiler was serviced. The work was done perfectly. Helped me sort out some additional things. Pleasant communication.

I can't recommend JDNA enough, excellent time keeping and professional. On initial check up, they noticed my boiler wasn't safe, basically, someone done a bodge job previously. It was ridiculous how the old boiler was set up. Had a full boiler replacement, new pipe work fitted, new flue, new heating filter, scale reducer, condenser pipe. They drained all the systems and taken all the rubbish out. Left the area neat and tidy. From start to finish they were clear in what they were going to do and how. On the day it didn't go as planned, but they quickly suggested a new outcome. Basically needed to put the new boiler in a new place to which they didn't charge extra. It was complete in one day. Thank you again JDNA, I will be sure to use your services in the future.

I recently started refurbishing my living room, but right in the middle of the wall there was an old boiler thermostat that really didn’t look good. I decided to upgrade to a portable thermostat to improve the overall look of the room.
After searching through Facebook groups in Peterborough, I found JDNA LTD. I checked their Google reviews — all 5 stars — and decided to give them a call. That turned out to be a great decision!
We initially agreed that an electrician would come in two days, but the very next day Aurimas called to say he could come the same day. I was so happy! He arrived promptly, removed the old thermostat, and installed the new portable one quickly, neatly, and professionally. The difference it made to the room is amazing.

We bought old house which had electrical issues with consumer unit we thought, when JDNA LTD arrived and investigated they found overheated cables with green stuff leaked. So received good quote, went for full house rewire and consumer unit replacement. Start to finish job was done spot on. Best company to deal with, best recommendations to potential future customers in Peterborough if high standards is what you are looking for.

The service I received was excellent. I was kept informed throughout the job on what was going on and given all possible options of what I could have done and the related costs. The payment up front was slightly concerning for me till I saw the company name (not an individual) I was paying. Also for the second day the payment wasn't needed till after the job was done. Overall it was an excellent service and I will be using them again for future jobs I need, very happy.

Excellent service. The plumber arrived early and immediately got to work dealing with a leaking toilet. He kept me fully informed on what he was doing, the options for repairs and he didn’t pressure me to go a particular route. Once repairs completed he showed me what he had done. There was no mess left. Very happy to recommend them, and would use them again.

We had major issues with our heating system and constant pressure loss. After many free visits from local companies with no solution, we contacted JDNA LTD, who charge for a proper inspection and quotation.
At the time of the initial investigation, the corroded pipework could not be detected because there were no visible signs of damp or discolouration in the walls or ceilings. However, we were clearly advised that, due to the condition of the system, hidden issues might only become apparent once the flushing equipment was connected and pressure was applied.
Following the inspection, we received two quotes and chose the cheaper option to flush the system. Once flushing began and pressure was applied, hidden leaks were revealed in the pipework within the walls. This required demolition to access the damaged pipes, and the work was immediately stopped and fully explained to us.
We then chose the second option. JDNA LTD replaced all old pipework and radiators, installed a new heating system with a filter, and fully serviced our boiler, honestly advising that it would need replacing in the future.
The work was carried out professionally, the property was left tidy, and everything was clearly explained throughout. We highly recommend JDNA LTD to anyone in Peterborough looking for reliable heating and plumbing services.

JDNA carried out a roof inspection on a recent roof installation for us, which we suspected was inadequately completed. They were very thorough and explained everything in great detail. I received a call a few hours after the visit and the findings were explained to me again. The report, photos and the digital receipt were sent the same day. My interaction with the Engineer was fantastic - he was very nice and respectful of the property and myself.
