The order came incomplete. The invoice also did not come, so there was a problem with the return in the stationary store. It took a lot of nerves and stress. I have lost my precious time.

Not helpful at all. I’ve made an order in store and it never arrived, now the store in Brussels don’t want to refund me. That’s just disappointing.
