Another disappointing manager at JD Sport
Just went into JD Sport near Oxford circus. Waiting to pay at the till there were two sets of people in front of me, I could see the girl on the till talking into her radio, she did this several times but got no answer and no one came. After 8 minutes I went to look for someone, they were doing free hair cuts near the entrance of the first floor, not the best place for it as we had to ask people waiting to have their hair cut to move so we could get access to the rest of the floor. approached a man who was snapping at another staff member (not a good look), I told him that the girl at the till has been talking into her radio for the past 10 minutes, he snapped at me no she hasn't I have a radio and no has said anything, I said I have been
watching her, he rushed over to the till snaped what's wrong, she said something and showed him some shorts, from what I could see and hear it seemed the shorts had the wrong price on, I heard the man say to the customer do you want them, he then looked around I looked in the same direction as him there was another girl putting clothes on a rack, as he walked in the opposite direction from her he snapped can you get on till I presume it was her that he was talking to as there wasn't anybody else I could see on the shop floor at that point he then continue to walk away I could see the poor girl on the tail looking very embarrassed and apologizing to the man she was serving I asked if this was a her manager she said yes he is the store manager I said he's not very polite is he and she just strugged her shoulders didn't say anything. If this is the example he sets for his staff it not at all professional regardless of how stressed you are we do not behave like that and you definitely don't snap at a customers never mind your staff in front of customers I understand we all have off days but sometimes you need to know when to take five minutes to just take a deep breath and then recompose yourself and come back onto the shop floor it was embarrassing for us the customers never mind how that poor girl felt. That manager was dame right rude to everyone around him.
He needs to be reminded of what his position means within that store it's not the first time I've had to complain about a JD Sport manager and the attitude they have towards customers.

It was a good experience from JD sport for shopping online through their own application. Although it is good I have seen some minor disadvantages like I couldn’t exchange the size of the shoes. But I can say that it’s reliable.

No stock for items shown online
I was frustrated with couple of online orders for available items on the website and not available in the real stock. After my order, I got a notification of canceling my order because of the availability.

Do You Got people in the depot which keeps the discount items for Them? Tryed to Buy discount shoes multiple time, every time after purchase( 1hour later) Got e-mail , the item is not available,but on Stock looks available !

The shipping took some time. The order was divided in 2 packages and the first was not delivered to my address, but to a random pick-up point.

Lost order - no refund
I made an order in March, but I didn't needed anymore, so I decided to not pick it up as they say that after 15 days in the store, they will issue the refund immediately. 3 months already and haven't heard from them, I even went to the store and they didn't know how to solve the problem, as they lost the order. Very disappointing

Beware of terms - unable to cancel order
Can't cancel order because it is being packed immediately but order is over 1 week old and no despatch. Part order arrived in wrong size. Have to pay 109 kroner to return to UK! Can only return to Denmark in Copenhagen or Aarhus. Beware!!!

Først tog det en evighed før pakken ankom. Da indholdet var for småt og jeg ville returnere det, kostede det 110,- at sende det retur, til trods for at der stod gratis returnering.

Very bad service I Got
I purchased shoes online from the website and paid in advance from 14 Jan 2024 and till date I didn't receive any thing. In the website the delivery date is from 5-7 days and after more than 3 months nothing received. The customer service is useless. I think they are a scammer. Please avoid to purchase any thing from them.
