Llantrisant store

Llantrisant store, took my daughters money, had her receipt , refused to hand over goods, as pending. Her receipt said paid, she tried to discuss with staff and manager, who all stood around laughing.
The girl with blue in her hair was the instigator of the awful behaviour. Customer services shocking and no support. Staff wouldn’t give their name , they obvo knew they did wrong, but the I’d is on the receipt . Absolutely shocking, and have taken the money from my daughters account

I’m amazed I’m here again!!!
You emailed after my last 1 star review saying you will look into what has happened with my £1400.00 order that was ordered on 18/6/22 and come back to me with in 24 hours.
This is your reply “ I have sent over to the relevant team to see if we can cancel the rest of the order for you and we will have an update within the next 24 hours.” That was sent on 4/7/22 and here I am on the 9/7/22 and still nothing.
As of Monday morning I will putting everything on social media (ALL PLATFORMS) even the recorded conversations that have been had.

Please don’t bother sending me you standard reply to email your customer services as that is pointless.

Stay away everyone as JDsports CC is PP and non existent.

Their customer service is atrocious

Their customer service is atrocious. Becky Bot an insult to anyone's intelligence. Email replies are generic and promise delivery. Facebook again promised delivery. It never happened. They take your money straight away and leave you hanging. I even emailed CEO and had no response.This company does not care about its customers and are the worst online service I have ever dealt with. I wish I had looked at Trustpilot before I gave them my money. Stay away and give your money to another competitor

Jdsports replied to my message about the phone no I gave out. I’m aware that this no gets a response to queries where as the Cust Svc no does not. All that achieves is getting you diverted to the useless bekki bot. The purpose of me giving this no out was so that people could get through to discuss issues and not be stonewalled by the bot. Some people may not feel like they’ve been robbed. I will never use jdsports again for anything so a discount won’t help.

Cancelled order!

Ordered a North face jacket on 9th November 2020, got a confirmation text to say order locked in. The next day the jacket had gone up in price from £180 to £200. Pleased with my luck until Friday 13th November when I received an email to say order cancelled - out of stock. Money was taken immediately from our card and will have to wait the standard time now for money to be returned! Disappointed, in a computerised world how could this happen and take 4 days to notify of unavailablitly. Will not order or use JD Sports again!

How do I even start with this??

How do I even start with the JD Sports online Malaysian store.
I purchased a pair of trainers when they were having their sale. It took quite a long time before it arrived and when it finally did, one pair of the shoe has been clearly worn and used for display. Can you imagine my disappointment? I've waited so long for the trainers only to get it in such an unpleasant condition and on top of that, I had to send it back for a refund because an exchange was not applicable. Just think about the need to go queue at post centres during this COVID times just to get your item returned due to a simple mistake that could've been avoided. Because I was chasing time to repurchase the shoe again I went on with DHL express as a courier to return my trainers. Note, they never mentioned anything about what courier service I can and cannot use. They also did not mention the limit that they were willing to refund for delivery charges. I paid RM89 for delivery and when I showed this to them they said its too high for delivery charges and that only a maximum RM20 should be it. I know that the charges to send my shoes were too high, but that was the courier service I could get a hold of and chose to make a quick and trusted return. I have sent pictures of proof of payment and postage and that was the reply I got after I was promised a delivery refund. Now I have to wait for God knows how long to get a refund for my shoe and deal with this delivery charge issue as well.
If there was a maximum amount limit that you guys are willing to pay for delivery then inform customers about it before hand. Their customer service and diligence as well consideration at handling issues is really poor and questionable. Did I mention that their replies are super slow? Also, to be a recognized company globally, their customer service is not even worthy of one star. How could you send a used shoe to a customer thinking that they could dismiss the thought of owning a pair of already brown trainers. How about you buy used items for yourself instead while all the time thinking it would be new? Would you be happy spending the money then? Horrible experience.
