I ordered £52 worth of vapes on the 7th…
I ordered £52 worth of vapes on the 7th of September 2022 and it said 3 to 5 working days to come am still waiting for my vapes its now the 14th of October I've emailed them several times asking about my vapes I've even messaged them on Instagram and haven't heard a thing off them they sent me 1 email on the 20th September saying that they were waiting for the stock to arrive I've emailed them saying to send me any vapes out to the value of £52 and haven't heard from them they haven't got a phone number for me to ring them they are a disgusting company I want my money back but can not get in contact with them only via email but the ignore my emails

We're sorry till here about your experience but we think you have us mixed up with someone alse we would never not send our customers their products and their is no record of your order in our system or even an email from yourself and our phone number has always been on the website and our products are always in stock if they weren't you wouldn't of been able to purchase them if you would like till speak with us further please email us at jdvapesuk@gmail.com.
