I got the gojo jump out hero’s in January I got the email for the order but I haven’t heard anything from them since it’s September I would I saw on twitter that they completely went dark on social media

When i pre-ordered the gojo jump out heroes figure in december 2023, the site seemed trustworthy and had good reviews. But since last february everything started to go wrong. You should know that the owner of the company was suspected of photographing and sending shonen jump chapters before the release (it is a criminal offense in japan) and is in prison… The X and Instagram pages of the site had released a semi-information saying that they would continue to work as normal but this is not true because most people have not received their orders anymore. They have not posted on the Instagram page since March, IT SEEMED WEIRD! I thought the problem would be solved since my pre-order was scheduled for September but it still seemed strange to me. Since August you could no longer buy on the site and at the same time they stopped posting on X.
I tried to write an email but no one responded me. Finally, as of Tuesday, September 10, the site has ceased to exist, it is no longer in anyone's domain and the same goes for the emails that are bounced back. I feel like saying that they are just thieves. I don't know if it was the Japanese police who closed their business or if they disappeared into thin air after going bankrupt. It really hurts me to think how morally disgusting they are that they didn't even inform us and give us back the money. I spent more than €100 and now I have to spend more to get the figures back from an another site... Surely there are those who spent much more and I'm really sorry that nothing can be done anymore.

The company has ceased operations. I believe now the company has ceased operations after not only abandoning social media for the past month but now not accepting online orders. I ordered a Jump Out Heroes Gojo Satoru figure and now the site has no server response and JDWorld won’t refund me by over 100 dollars I spent on the figure, they won’t send me the figure either. This review is to only share information but now the site is down for good it seems. If it does come back up I will not be buying figures from these guys EVER.

My other review accurately reflects my past experience with them, but this time, I have to give a negative review because they started ignoring customer service emails.

First, they shipped only a small part of my order, then missed an item even on the second shipment. I recorded myself opening both packages because for the first shipment, I thought it was weird that a big order came in a relatively small box.

I just want a refund for a figure that cost 35 Euros, which may not seem like much but I'm really displeased at the fact that they stopped replying to emails right after I asked for a refund.

It doesn't help that one of the figures that did arrive had a dented box, which I normally don't consider a big deal but it made me realize that they're inconsistent with packing (sometimes it's fine, sometimes it looks like they packed the box without much care)

It's too bad because at times they do have merch that's hard to find elsewhere

Place my pre-order on Nov23 it was supposed to be send on May24 and nothing... The customer service doesn't answer. No uptade on the site, but they still continuing updating their social media with new products and ignoring customers...
They have trouble with Japan justice since one of their worker leak some manga chapter. So it's sounded the end for them and for us.
It's a big disappointement since before that I got two orders with them with no problem

I had a terrible experience with JD World. They are extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service about the status of my order, I received no meaningful responses. The one reply I did get was a dismissive one-liner that provided no useful information.

Their shipping times are also abysmal. My order was significantly delayed, and I received no updates or explanations for the delay. Additionally, their website is incredibly slow and difficult to navigate, making the whole experience even more frustrating.

Overall, JD World is highly unprofessional and unreliable. I will not be making any future purchases from them and would advise others to avoid them as well.

My teenage son placed an order with this company after Christmas with his gift money. It's now May and still not received. Previously I'd asked for a refund and they told me I could only have 80% of the money he spent as I was cancelling the order. No I wasn't, we want our money back because we've never received the item. Now I can't even get a reply with an update on his order.
This place is a scam company.

Delivery on time and fast answers from support!

I've recently preordered a Zarbon / Vegeta figure pack and everything went well during the order. Now I'm waiting for the release :)

I placed an order with them and received an email confirmation. Over 3 weeks later I had heard nothing about my order or dispatch of the goods. I followed up and they replied to say they did not have the items and would refund me. Thank goodness I paid with Paypal, but what if I hadn't followed up......

I made my order on the 19th, and it arrived today with express shipping! I even got two extra items. The stuff I ordered was partially fresh in stock and I would've expected a moth wait on other sites but not on here :) for Europeans I can definitely not recommend enough.
I ordered 5 items in total, so I'm really pleasantly surprised ^^
Completely undamaged and packaged tightly.

This is a really good site, quality and fast delivery, prices below the market. I ordered one piece op-05 cards and received them quickly and in very good condition. I highly recommend it.

I orded a op05 box tcg and you are guaranteed 4 sr and 1 ac all I got was 1 Sr which means the packs have been filtered? I have emailed them but no reply

JDWORLD is a great website where you can find all kind of Japanese products (figurines, goodies) and other stuff, most of which are impossible to find in Europe ! i recommend it !
