Took a bit of time to get here and was past Christmas but the puzzles are beautiful

Excellent quality and a very nice presentation bag just didn't get the final star as one of the lugs had broken off and I had to glue it back.
But that was probably just a fluke

I really enjoyed the puzzles they were a little aggravating at first but once I figured them out I really enjoyed them.

Quite disappointed!
These were ordered as Christmas presents, but did not arrive until 4th January! They did Not even have a pictured box, and were just inside material bags! This isn’t satisfactory, considering the price! A shame!

I would love to write a review for my puzzles but I have not received them. I contacted customer services but they have not replied. I would ask for a full refund but doubt that I will get it. I would not but from this company again

The site announced a delivery before December 23, but I was delivered in early January.
The packaging in a bag is very poor and there is no model image to build the puzzle.

Beautiful design and colours. It was tricky (took about 5 hours) but satisfying to complete.

I received my puzzles one month later. I loved the wooden pieces and I am looking forward to deal with them. I am in thoughts to buy some mores for presents!

I never received my puzzles. I contacted customer service with proof that my order was sent to an address in California, and showed a failed delivery. I live in Illinois and my correct address was on my order! When I provided proof of this situation, customer service has totally stopped responding. No puzzles-no refund-no customer support. Thieves!

I never received my item, but they kept my money.

I have been looking at these puzzles for months, but had not purchased them due to my concerns with purchasing items from foreign companies who may or may not be reputable/responsive/etc. But, since I really like the concept of these puzzles I decided to purchase 3 of them for my kids for Christmas. Since my kids are teenagers, I spent the extra money to buy 3 LARGE puzzles and thankfully I received them on Dec. 22 just in time for Christmas.
Unfortunately, as I feared, there were issues. When I received the puzzles, I noticed immediately that one of the sacs they come packaged in, felt like it had quite a number of pieces. However, the other 2 felt very light. I counted the number of pieces of each puzzle and as I suspected, one was actually a Large with 256 pieces but the other two had 167 and 132 pieces respectively, making them Medium and Small.
I immediately contacted the company and at first they seemed highly responsive, which seemed promising. They asked me to send a picture of the items I received and said they needed management to approve a voucher to compensate me for the error. I was looking for a replacement but they said that was not possible. I could keep what I receive and they would send me a discount voucher. I asked about the value of the voucher and that's when all communication stopped. After numerous follow ups I have received no answer. So as it stands, I paid for 3 Large puzzles and got 1 Large, 1 Medium and 1 Small. The puzzles look great. It's just disappointing that, to begin with, the company made a mistake, but most importantly, that they are not taking any steps to correct it.
These could've been great Christmas gifts but now two are mediocre gifts since it will take two of my kids 10 min to put together the smaller puzzles.

Personally your company didn’t even deserve one star! After weeks of waiting for my turtle puzzle to arrive for my son’s Christmas stocking stuffer; well it simply wasn’t delivered!
There are no excuses as you were given my present address and cell number. Why wouldn’t the delivery person fail to contact me, so that I could of come to the front door of my building? I won’t be ordering anymore puzzles from your company as they are expensive to say the very least.

I paid $18 for rapid delivery (<7 business days) but took 15 business day (3 weeks). If I'd known it would take this long I would not have expected it by Christmas, and probably would not have purchased it.

So hard… I thought maybe they would be cheap and easy,,, BUT I was wrong!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉 so hard,,, and beautiful,,, I am very happy. I will be glueing mine together and hanging it.

terrible bait & switch shipping date that delivered way too late for Christmas & the product was even worse than the service. Buyer Beware!

I ordered 2 puzzles as a Christmas present. They arrived in time, although communication was sparse. (No delivery expectations etc.) When they arrived, they were in bags, not in a box, and I tipped them out to see how it looked. The pattern was beautiful on both but the pieces looked hard to fit together. Puzzling is not my thing, but the feedback I received was great! The recipient LOVED both puzzles and found them challenging but a pleasure to complete. Most importantly the results were frame-worthy!

You have shown a video of a very nice box with an amazing puzzle on it.
The price really surprised me because it was very beautifull and extremely high quality for such low price. I should have doubt of this here.
I ordered 8 and almost bought 17 at once.
I have received "bags" with puzzle inside. I really don't know if it was cost, supplier times or damages in the shipment that made your company change to a bag. But... If you show an AMAZING BOX (that it is almost part of the product), you MUST SHIP the puzzle to your customer in an AMAZING BOX.
If you need to reduce cost to make your idea feasible by shipping in BAGs, you MUST give the customer the option to ship in a BAG. And if they want the box, they will pay more. On the contrary, you will only sell once to your customers.
I am reading several claims about mistakes in the size of the puzzle ordered; or even in the quality of the printed pieces.
I confess that I was so disapointed with the bag that I did not mount the puzzle to confirm if the size is correct.
Any way...
You must understand that people that looks for puzzles, chess games pieces, boards, etc... looks for details.
Your idea was brilliant and your promise was amazing.
Unfortunately, you made a mistake of delivering something different from the promise.
Sometimes is better to make small quantities in a very high price than huge quantities in cheaper price.
As usual, high demand always have destroyed the quality of the great ideas.
