I had a great experience with Jane Yuan from Jellis Craig Mount Waverley. She is very professional, friendly, and flexible, and was supportive throughout my tenancy in Mount Waverley.

Especially during my lease break period, Jane was extremely helpful and made the process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate her support and clear communication. Highly recommended!

Costa was more concerned about his own agenda, and everything that we put forward over the campaign was slowly whittled away. He didn't even consult us on the day of the auction what was going to happen and what price he would start the auction. (Costa was too busy worrying about another auction that he had to go too straight after) Didn't even have the courtesy to congratulate us after the auction. Very poor experience and I will tell anyone I know not to use Jellis Craig Monash. Left a very sour taste in my mouth.

Absolutely appalling. The worst real estate agent there is Jellis Craig Mt Waverley. Extremely unprofessional. All they care about is money and don’t care if you live in a house that’s not to Australian standards. They lie and never give you any answers. They have been nothing but stressful and a massive headache. And I still get no where with them to this day. Do not go with this real estate agent at all. They don’t even deserve 1 star! The property manager even lies to be the other staff just so they don’t find out. Terrible! So many red flags with this agent and we are still currently in a house that is so unhygienic and no repairs done! It happens all the time.

Costa and Ben from Jellis Craig, Monash, we’re terrific to deal with. They both went above and beyond to get the best price for our beloved home. Finding people who are direct in their communication and upfront about cost is hard enough but add to that that I’m female with a significant mobility disability, and it’s nigh on impossible! Ben and Costa were both respectful and empathetic without being condescending; gave us clear and concise details of what services they were offering; communicated immediately and directly after open homes and made themselves available whenever we had questions. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

There are too many estate agents in Mount Waverley which makes picking a good one hard. I picked a good one - Paul Polychroniadis (Jellis Craig).
He was very good. Very hard working. Very professional. Got the deal done.
Opens for inspection were numerous and well staffed. Marketing materials were good. Photography was great. Paul was able to think on his feet.
I'd use him again. I have already referred a neighbour to him.

Jellis Craig Mount Waverley turned what should have been an exciting time into a hostile, stressful and far more difficult purchase than it ever should have been for me and my family.

I gave both the Director of the Mount Waverley office and the CEO of Jellis Craig Corporate the opportunity to respond to my experience prior to posting this review, and both of them ignored that opportunity, and refused to reply to my email. I did not want to provide the review without trying to resolve it with them first - but the two most people senior people representing this brand felt comfortable enough with my experience to let me proceed with this review.

Everything was fine until I signed the contract - and then the truth came out. Incredibly unpleasant experience, with absolutely zero interest in trying to appease a clearly disappointed purchaser. If you have the choice to avoid them, do so.

After signing the purchase contract for the agreed price, I was encouraged to take up the cooling off option, was told a debatable story about my deposit that has still not proven to be true, and told that the office was 'too busy' to sell my own property. Agents cancelled meetings without explanation, and submitted a lazy cut and paste proposal with a $500,000 difference in the estimated price range. Questions were not answered when seeking clarification.

Plenty of other agents in the area are hungrier, more professional and showed the appropriate respect.

Avoid Jellis Craig if you can.

Calvin Huang was very professional, respectful and obtained a great result for me with the sale of my home recently, he kept me very well informed of the interest in my home and I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone thinking of putting their home on the market.

Josh did a superb job of selling our apartment in Notting Hill. We asked him to sell it quickly, with a short contract if possible and for a reasonable amount. He excelled in all of the parameters, Sold in less than 2 weeks, 30 days contract, sold for a lot more $ than any other similar apartments in the complex. We could not be happier, and would definitely get Josh to sell for us again.
